Had the same problems yeaterday paid for same items twice as it kept saying transaction fail ! So log into Paypal go to contact us - then call us and it gives you this number 0845 4011 050 to ring plus an id number to quote ! I did this managed to get through to them and they told me they have had problems the last few days with Paypal & Ebay but there and then she refunded the extra payments and things seem to be ok since ! Hope this helps..............
