Small wol both sides, less on flip 4) Gene Vito - Undiscovered Country (Decca Pink Demo) M- £40 Epic beat ballad, lovely clean ex-radio station copy with clean company sleeve 5) Gail Anderson - Let's fall in love all over (Gamble WD) Ex, close to M- £50 Brilliant Latin style crossover, same both sides, two drill holes as per photo
  2. Please PM if interested. UK postage £4 First Class / £10 Special Delivery. Paypal as gift. No hassle refund if not 100% happy. Gene Townsel - Time Wounds All Heels (Dobre LP) Sleeve Ex / Vinyl VG+ £200 SOLD Iconic 1978 LP with 'I'm walking away' and 'There's no use hiding' Photos below - sleeve in opened shrink with small cut out, very slight ringwear, really nice condition. Vinyl has a light visible (not feelable) fingernail scratch across part of side one which I have tried to photograph (top right photo) however not audible at all - plays perfectly
  3. Surprised at these comments - very near the top of the pile for me in terms of 90's niter tunes, love it
  4. I wondered the same thing - do you just pledge an amount now and it only gets taken if the target is reached? Seems a long way short with only a couple of days to go
  5. These photos are fabulous, amazing quality - I emailed Francesco about them a few years ago and I think he said he had 150 or so that had never been seen. Can’t believe it needs crowd funding - what a shame if insufficient funds raised and they go back on the shelf - you’d think someone (previous book publishers like R. Winstanley / Tim Brown or whoever) would take a punt and put up the funds - let’s hope it’s not an opportunity missed
  6. Just got mine yesterday and gave it a good spin last night I think it's terrific, quite different feel to the issues, more a traditional Impressions group vocal than the Leroy Hutson version - bit like a 'Part 2' that you sometimes get on the flip of 45's. Can imagine it sounds great loud Only slight gripe is sound quality quite harsh so have to adjust the settings a bit for best effect, but hey that's nit picking - great find
  7. Nice to see some action on this thread again - I had a couple of hours on the wheels of steel last night:- Jimmy Sterling - If you were me (Six Nine 7") Epicenter feat Sandra Feva - You can't come up in here no more (Krisma 7") Jon Pierre Gee - So good to me (Kandi Inc 7") The Impressions - Love me (Curtom Demo version 7") LaRombe - You're the best (AOTN 7") Phase II - The first shot (Osiris 7") Ritchie Family - I'll do my best (for you baby) (RCA 12") Shirley Lites - Heat you up (Melt you down) (West End 12") Jack Tennis - The Light (Take it to Church 12") - youtube clip below - enjoy! The Soup Dragons - I'm Free (Yam Who & Alan Dixon Remix) (Take it to Church 12")
  8. Thanks both, that explains it
  9. Thanks Dave, I've just bought one from him today! No I meant more where have they come from - did someone find a box of them?
  10. What’s the story with the copies for sale?
  11. Not heard the Little Willie Faulk version before - superb as well, but Ree Flores edges it for me - has the X Factor vocal wise, probably not as good a singer technically but throws everything at it PS anyone else notice LWF version is a different mix with an additional 30 seconds or so two thirds through
  12. And this
  13. Talking of Willie Hutch
  14. Me too, LOVE it, never ever get tired of it - pure magic Sorry got a bit carried away there Brilliant tune though
  15. Yes I heard that too - great track, very soulful

  20. Should have brought 'em back - I'd have given you a tenner
  21. Great stuff - always reminds me of Cleethorpes weekenders after it featured in the C4 doc 'Baby that's a no no' and 'Do I deserve it baby' also killer album-only cuts as far as I know
  22. Wow that is fabulous - got the 'Love me' 45 but never had the LP - what a tune
  23. Never knew that
  24. Enjoying this thread - always on the look out for LP recommendations, esp 70's and 80's.
