I bought a record back end of last year not expensive, when it came well packed and quite quickly, I opened it to find a chunk missing off the edge [unplayable] I got in touch with the guy and he told me it was fine when he sent it. Ok I said so where's the missing piece? It must have fell out when you opened it. Yeah right, he then went on to suggest that I get in touch with R/Mail and put a claim in. I said no and he refunded me. I don't cheat or con people and like all of you folks expect to be treated the same, but going back to the original question , is there anything I can do, then no I don't think there is.
