  3. Good record IMO Ernie, should be played, also exists as Vic Fontaine & the Shindigs identical looking labels but I think the later is a touch rarer seen 3 or 4 copies of Vic/Montaines sell for as much as $100 on Ebay but only 1 copy as Shindigs Dazz

  6. Hello John I can add a few to this list though not sure all of them are on the label under discussion also a few are I think later presses put out by or for Roy Smith and as such I don't know how legit they are, these are :- Roy Smith Stay tonight with me/Oh pretty woman Delphi 1981 Roy Smith Sweet secrets/Faraway strangers Delphi 2011 and also included with these re-issues is I think Roy Smith I got the fever/My marie Delphi 0015 back to the original numbering system Wain Randell It don't pay/You could change your mind Delphi 0019 and then some confusion, as well as the 015 Obanion I think somebody must have liked the number because I have on the familiar black label Ronnie Blackwood Nothings impossible/A funky night Delphi 0015 Hope this helps Dazz
  7. First hundred was spent on a full set of Edwin Starr Ric-Tic demos, all signed and including 'Scotts on Swingers' and a copy of Mel Britt thrown in for good measure ..... At the same session turned down a copy of JD Bryant on Shrine for £45 ... thought it was too slow and was only earning 40 quid a week back then. Lucky for you though Eh! Ted

  17. Hello Pete I've got a Bobby Paris that looks the same as the one you've got (if it's the one you bought off Ebay) I've always thought it was an original and I've had it since the early Wigan days. A few knowledgeble collectors have seen it and said "that's nice" etc nobody has ever said it's a boot. Personally I don't know but I've never seen another until the one you bought. In later years I've seen quite a few red demo's and thought it must be a boot, but there are red and white demo's of Evie Sands and I've also got an early Cameo white demo of some doo wop tune that is just white with no mention of DJ copy on it. Hope this helps Dazz
  18. £30 - £40 Pity it's not on the orange label Dazz
  19. Hi Tsu (are you chinese) There's also another one by the Love Potion on TCB with a different b' side to the Kapp one. I would have thought that the release order would have been TCB (local) Kapp (national) Coed (with a change of name) however I was talking to Dave Welding and he's positive the Coed issue came first. I've got all three issues and for me the Coed issues look newer than the TCB issues. Hope this helps Dazz
