  1. Mischief, I've some good news and some bad news. The show recorded from last night, the falla Spider was givin' Mick a fare few plugs and just as his last records comes to end so does the tinternet connection, so I've got 38mins of Spider and 1hr 22mins of nothing. Now some may say that's divine intervension and we've been releaved but I'm a little pi$$d off. I'll contact the radio station and see if they have an archive of the show. At 1:30 this morning when I got in I was not a happy bunny
  2. Na, he did that at the weekend. It's to late anyway, he's working down Weymouth or Plymouth somewhere so what ever is in the box is what's he's playing; I've lent him some Soul & Deep House
  3. There's always the live set's from the Soulful Sessions that we run in Worcester, this gives a good indication of Soulful House plus more https://www.soulstuff.co.uk/SoulfulSessions/SSMainPage.htm click this link and download to your hearts content; Special guests have included Fish, Lin Taylor, Dave Thorley, Malayka Erpen and for operners Mark Randle. Happy listening
  4. Mischief, we're takin' bet's on certain words beings used; the F word - once and he'll then say others to cover for saying it. Never the C word unless it's cock. Bloody, most definatly, he can't get out the house without saying the word. Mind you and here's a little history for you, he did use to do a weekly radio show when he was down the Med & USA, so prehaps he won't swear. yes he will As for recording it, you'll need software for that - Adobe Audition or something like that or you can rely on me recording it I'll give you a copy up at Prestatyn
  5. Wonderful Savior - voices of love - 15611 refosoul I picked this up blind the other day, a 1980 production

  9. Mind Travels (Jap Vocal) - bird - jassracc 2000 15473 refosoul Had this turn up this morning and thought what the hell, it's a 12"; something a bit different.
  10. Dave, I remember we got in early the one night and you were doing the first spot, you spotted us lot & told us to drop everything and dance. So we did only to then hear Patula Clark singing the 10cc track 'I'm No In Love' - that goes down with Clarke's rhythm stick, which I also danced to coz I was pilled up, did I say that
  11. 7 Day Lover, yep still does it every time followed close behind by Spooky & Sue - I Got The Need
  12. For those that do own a copy what's the condition like, I haven't found anyone to date that has a 'mint' copy; mine seems to be like everyone else's and comes with surface scratch's but play's great.
  13. Take Pete up his offer; top quality for £2
  14. Just thought I'd update Soul Source with details of the updated website and the demise of the original website. www.worcssoul.info has been on-line for over two years now but over the last two months I've been experiencing problems with the Hosting company. Plus people either can't say the web address or see it as purely a website for Worcestershire Soul events only, not the case. With this in mind I've brought www.soulstuff.co.uk on-line. It still concentrates on the main Soul Events organised by Steve, Rob, John&Don but includes, with more detail, a broader range of events; including either Flyers or Website links from around the UK and beyond. New is also the inclusion of recommended Radio Stations, it's worth coming back to see what's new. Thanks for looking, come have a look at the site some time www.soulstuff.co.uk lloydee
