    Got into Northern in very early 70's with trips to Blackpool Mecca, Wigan, Burnley Cats Whiskers & Ritz in Manchester. Moved down south in late 70's. Ran a soul night at Bournemouth Uni for several years.

    Our guest DJ for this evening is Mick Lloyd. I've known Mick from the days of the Rougemont Thistle soul nights in Exeter. I first met Mick at the Cagney's soul nights in Bournemouth. He has also DJ'ed for me when I ran the Bournemouth Uni soul nights. Expect some great tunes to come out of his DJ box.

Playing an across the board mix of everything soulful incl, Northern, 70's & R n B This is a FREE ENTRY event.
