Anyone got any unusual Label Variations etc that you don't see too often. East Coast West Coast Old Style Label, don't see many about. It isn't a Monarch Press which surprised me as they used the older style longer than other pressing plants,

Looks like they noticed the mistake after the Canadian copies were produced. I'm not sure if they corrected it in Canada, though.

Yes Chris 202606 the Ist release and the 7463 the 2nd issue. plus It has been issued beyond the 2nd release, to a 3rd & even a Blue Vinyl that I have somewhere for it's 3rd/4th release.

I must admit Ted, when I bought it from Soul Bowl, I really didn't realise how rare it was. Always attracted to the R.C.A. stuff & turns out the only time I have ever had a chance of owning a copy in 41 years collecting.

I believe it is quite Tough to find Harry, When I bought it I didn't realise that it was a difficult one. Just bought it from Soul Bowl along with other Ric-Tic stuff. The only chance I have ever had to purchase one in 41 Years collecting.

I have been buying a few Fontella Bass records recently all quite cheap. First bought this DEMO & it was as expected Vinyl etc. Then bought this Maroon Version on Vinyl Happens to be same credit layout as this Blue Copy from ebay which is listed as a 70's re-issue. Just wondering why the odd Maroon Version, West Coast Perhaps ? & is it a 70's Issue / Re-Issue. Anyone know.
