  1. CANADA I remember playing this at the Youth Club 1969/70ish (Early 70's) How time flies, the first copy I had was on a FLASHBACK Re-Issue & then on Stateside. One of the older lads had a FLASHBACK copy so I searched for one and found one. This copy arrived today, little did I know back then that I would still be collecting the same record in 2011.
  2. CANADA HOLLAND NORWAY
  3. Only one I could find Popsike.com
  4. Many Thanks once again, as you say the Victor group were thorough. Fascinating stuff, all happened way back in 1963.
  5. Very nice EP that is mate. Also had a single release using VIP Number. ARGENTINA
  6. I've noticed that Machine Stamped into the Deadwax of my "HEAT WAVE" on GLOBE (JET 1310 release number) VICTOR COMPANY OF JAPAN There is the USA Release number GORDY 7022-A. RCA used for the USA stuff PK4M- Machine Stamp etc. Those CAMEO & PARKWAY also JET (VICTOR COMPANY)
  7. Very Very Nice Mate. Interesting to see BOTH the CAMEO & PARKWAY used separately, rather than the "CAMEO-PARKWAY" Logo used by quite a few other countries.
  8. Many Thanks for ALL Information. Always something new to learn when collecting.
  9. Another Early Gordy Release. Popsike.com Has MOTOWN Reference on ORIOLE Popsike.com In CANADA has Tamla Logo - Gordy Number Popsike.com However Tamla_Motown eventually became the Logo of choice.
  10. We had Columbia, Fontana, London, Oriole, Stateside. Eventually Tamla_Motown Reference to Tamla Motown found in the Credits on the Stateside Release, even though it was released on Gordy in the States. So who decided on Tamla_Motown
  11. I know that CANADA Used the Tamla Label as their first Logo. Initially on a Blue Label then Yellow TAMLA with the Number for the U.S.A. Release. Eventually adopting Tamla_Motown as a Logo
  12. Many Countries ended up using the Tamla_Motown Logo, but who was first & who decided on the Logo. Did EMI set the ball rolling or were they told that Tamla_Motown was the Logo to use along with other countries.
  13. Gladys Knight & The Pips Discography (Soulful Kinda Music Link) >>> GLADYS KNIGHT & THE PIPS <<< I went to see Gladys Knight at The Sheffield Arena a couple of years ago. One of the best artists I have ever seen, an Awesome Talent.
  14. That's almost the same as one I had last week. No card to stop record sliding about within the box. Record was OK but before opening I could see the box had nothing to strengthen it as it had sunk in at the center.
  15. Nice One, CHESS1908 White DEMO. I will keep a look out for others.
  16. Ashford & Simpson along with J Armstead
  17. Not sure why, but there's 2 DEMOs for this SOLO release from JEAN KING (Member of the BLOSSOMS) Another thing to note: The "PLUG SIDE" "DON'T SAY GOODBYE" presumably makes "IT'S GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME" the B Side. However; At some point the B Side has been Promoted as the PLUG SIDE on the Double Sided DEMO, Strange.
