  1. Arrived this morning, had to get a copy after hearing it on here. Great Double Sider and all for a few dollars.
  2. Here they all are, No others as far as I'm aware. Popsike.com
  3. Agree, another timeless Instrumental.
  4. Must admit that's all I've ever seen, Thanks Pete.
  5. I do have some Soul Fox with Monarch Delta. Just wondering if Same Old Thing went to a second press at Monarch. Adding to the 74 v's 76 Debate Some of the SOUL GALORE have different Label Colours etc. Thinking "Strings A Go Go" more than one run at printers / pressing plant.
  6. My copy just has "MW-1001-A" scratched into the Vinyl.

  9. I would say 1974 Love everything about Mirwood. Including these Instrumentals. Just a shame they didn't get released. Once cycled 16 Miles after a full days work for a copy of the Vocal on Mirwood. 8 Miles There 8 Miles back. Then a while later bought it on a DEMO from Soul Bowl.Via Phone (Public Telephone Box - Dialing) Sounds easy but relies on the list arriving first post and no queues at the public phone box. Nearly wore my dialing finger out most weeks trying to get through, only to hear sorry that's gone when I eventually did.. Happy Days Though. When I think we worked blooming hard for our collection in those days. Cycling 16 Miles or Constantly Dialing trying to get through. A lot easier now-a-days with the Internet.
  10. Here's a couple of threads about this record. >>> <<< >>> <<< Soultown BOOT & Matrix
  11. Following a recent thread It was suggested that I post scans of some of the Original Matrix Stamps for certain records. This is one that is requested on a regular basis. >>> LINK <<< Can It Be Me - Mel Williams - Modern The Stock Copy & White DEMO have Identical Matrix Details. The deadwax on both DEMO & Stock Copy is ONLY about 7mm - On original copies Matrix scratched in "MM-1023-1" ( The matrix is small, about 2mm tall and situated between run off groove and playing area - as soon as it was possible to fit it in - almost touching groove above and below it) Run off groove in the deadwax spirals to centre quite quickly within one turn of disc - 270 degees Almost ALL of the DEMO copies have black marker pen through the Promotional Copy - Not For Sale, Area. (Even the Counterfeit Copies tried to copy this) I hope that this helps I will try to keep Information as clear and as accurate as possible. >>> THE SHARP END <<<
  12. Getting back to your original question regarding to STAMPED Stock Copies. I suspect that you could be right DAVE. I have seen a Printed DEMO for this one, think it was EAST COAST but not 100% sure. However, I have two different STAMPED Copies from totally different source to each other. One has the STAMP on the A Side & the other has the STAMP on the B Side Surely these were stamped at source, rather than at a later date. A promotional item not intended for resale at the time. Therefore STAMPED.
