Re-issue Re-release Re-entry
Apart from the Narrow Print, Look out for; -SOLD IN THE U.K. SUBJECT TO --RESALE PRICE CONDITIONS --------SEE PRICE LISTS -and a Raised K + T at the centre - Some titles were re-issued again on Tamla-Motown Martha & The Vandellas: Nowhere To Run / Motoring - TMG 502 - May 1965 Martha Reeves & The Vandellas: Nowhere To Run / Livewire - TMG 694 - Mar 1969 (Livewire had previously been issued on Stateside SS-272) Others had previously been Issued on other labels, fontana, Oriole, Stateside, before Tamla_Motown was set up in the U.K., Quicksand is a good example. - Remember, certain numbers are hard to acquire on Tamla_Motown anyone trying to complete the label 500s, 600 etc is after every number. A price guide would assist, TMG 599 Jimmy Mack was available for many years. Other titles had a number change as they were re-issued - i.e. "Nowhere To Run" I hope that this helps

Mirwood
Baby, Do The Philly Dog - The Olympics - Mirwood - 1626 refosoul ---------Styrene-----------------Vinyl--------------------Vinyl ---------Styrene---------------Styrene-----------------Styrene All are original, the first White DEMO is Double A Side, the second White DEMO has a B Side "Western Movies" Some have "Available Worldwide" one says "Available in U.S.A. and Canada Only" as you describe. Of all the Mirwood Numbers, this one appears to have had quite a few different runs at the Various Pressing Plants. I hope that this helps.

James Browns Death And Bbc
I thought I saw one program listed, but might be wrong. However I think that generally Soul Music gets a raw deal on the TV. James Brown was a Giant, Every performance James Brown gave was perfection, he gave so much and was an Incredible Talent, to be treated in this way is unbelievable. If he had been on some reallity TV Show I'm A - Brother or whatever they might have filled the Weekends TV Viewing watching him sleep or sitting on a couch. Another the BBC missed (Brilliant Documentary) "Standing In The Shadows Of Motown" has been on BBC4 but why not BBC1 or BBC2, especially with the recent Death of Joe Hunter. The General TV viewer probably doesn't realise the Quality Viewing that's out there regarding Soul Music. The Temptations DVD 97p at Tesco's, (Another Brilliant Film) It's been on Hallmark, SKY, but how much would that have cost in Royalties to Broadcast on a Saturday night by one of the Terrestrial TV Companies.
