  3. Hi Manships 3rd Edition has It at £85, & as I always say until I get one, there is of course a 4th Edition.
  4. Hi Ted Brilliant, pleased you found one Mate
  5. Hi Paul Thanks for the Links, It's good to compare from different sources, John stated the other week that the Bootleg guide was out of date. I believe that he is going to have an online price guide, hopefully he will have an online Bootleg Guide. As is the case here, not everything is a Bootleg, and with America being such a vast place, so many different pressing plants were used at the time, little wonder that all these years later there is some confusion. The only BOOT being the DEMAND label, which, whatever the argument about BOOTS, you know what you are buying.
  6. Hi --------------1966------------------- -----------1967 - I would suggest that the 1967 Version of this on a Stock Copy must be It's rarest format, I have never ever seen one before. The 1967 DEMO is difficult, but the Stock Copy, never seen one, thanks for posting. Hope you find one Ted
  7. Hi Thanks, it seems that the Soul Clock label has more variations than most, using different pressing plants etc throughout the numbers
  8. Hi Thanks for that, looks like they were mastered from the same source, Just different variations. Had a bit of a move around at home, and trying to get records back into Alphabetical Order again. Hence I can't get to everything at the moment.
  9. Bird Walkin' - The Emanon's Orchestra - All Brothers - 11761 refosoul
  10. Hi I have given the details of these two, I do have the two above versions, I will check the Deadwax on those in due course, I am almost certain they are Vinyl Stamped the same as yours. Vinyl - Matrix Stamped @ 6 O'clock "F - 2 7 5 3 - 1" --------------wi---@ 3 O'Clock "1V" --------------wi---@12 O'Clock "1" Vinyl - Matrix Stamped @ 6 O'clock "F - 2 7 2 4" ----------------w-@ 1 O'Clock "H"
  11. Hi Just seen this, and have got to go out so, I will describe matrix Information on my copy later, to compare. As I said, I got my copy from Soul Bowl in the 70's and have no reason to question It. Times A Wasting - The Fuller Brothers - Soul Clock - 8130 refosoul ----- Looking at "The Whispers" "Remember" or "Remember Me" it would appear that different pressing plants were used, as is the case with a lot of other records. Styrene & Vinyl records released at the same time, and still original in their own right
  12. Hi John That has always been my thought about the Veep Label. I believe that you are right. Early = full hexagonal design Later Releases = coin sized logo & A Transitional period between the two label designs. Almost 100% sure anyway Strange goings on sometimes, there was also the Red Circle ones, I don't know where they might fit into the story.
  13. The Hunter Gets Captured By The Game - Blinky - 15455 refosoul Always Loved The Marvelettes Version Blinky does a Brilliant Version too, not on 45, Unfortunately.

  18. Hi mr j.p I have always liked "Weddings Make Me Cry" and can't understand why It isn't played more. Look after the London DEMO, must be It's rarest format, nice one.
  19. Hi Mark It's always puzzled me why this record has the Stock Copy and the DEMO released as I've described over the 2 years, and nobody appears to know why
  20. Hi Russ Yes, twice as far as I know, However Be's That Way Sometimes - Bobby Wells -Romur 12819 refosoul The Stock Copy 1966 - Never seen a 1966 DEMO The DEMO copy 1967 - Never seen a 1967 Stock Copy - (Apparently a slightly different mix).
  21. Hi Recently happened to me, 4 days + normally. However recently a package postmarked 12-December 06, arrived a week ago, It had no evidence of Customs Activity, which was my first thought, It's anyones guess why It took so long, but at least it arrived OK.
  22. Definitely. I've always wondered which year it originally came out, considering the lyrics. Two from The Exciters Love these The Lyrics on this, again, are brilliant. Blowing Up My Mind (Rca) - Exciters - How do you start to write a song like this, Absolute Perfection Another of my Favourites from The Exciters Weddings Make Me Cry - the exciters - bang
  23. The Ice-Man - Billy Watkins - Era -
  24. Hi Miff I believe it was Vibration, although as I've never seen one, I'm not sure of the colour of the Label.
  25. Music - Jeanette White - A & M
