  1. OK then if you have the TIME you could possibly make one. >>> LINK <<< Larger Image if required >>> LINK <<<
  2. WAIT A MINUTE IT'S SECOND HAND TOO
  3. Hi John I've always thought of them as Previously Unissued, they have that Mirwood Sound which would be hard to reproduce. If they were Tailor Made someone should get them back in the Studio. He did Include Soul Fox as Arranger Though, probably being mischievious. I have always loved "Let Me Do It".
  4. Definitely, "What Can A Man Do??" equally as good if not better, and earns it's Double A Side Status.
  5. Thanks Mike An Excellent Job, Refosoul can't wait for Friday.
  6. Thanks, I suppose it's the men in suits trying to control things, rather than the records artistic content. It's Good that the DJ's of the time flexed a bit of muscle and played worthwhile sides, as opposed to what they were told to. We have a radio staion playing at work, same old same old day in day out. All Chart Stuff. I love music, but you can almost set your watch to certain records been played. I had assumed that the Double Sided or Single Sided Disk used for DEMO's was a method of control, However I honestly didn't realise that the 60's DJ's could play what they wanted to play.
  7. Hi Pete It was a while since I changed mine & I have Installed a few Plugins/Addons on Firefox, I think it was one called >>> Firebug <<< that caused the Problem.
  8. Yes, Interesting that they opted for a White DEMO when promoting this. Such an eye catching Label, possibly would have been a candidate for a Coloured DEMO. The White v's Coloured DEMO has always Intrigued me. Some Labels tried both options of course. also, I think that "Fool To Fool" is the Original "A Side" as the DJ Grafitti & Sticker is on that side. Having said that "I'm Sitting In" has the earlier Matrix number. -< 1028 -< 1027 I wonder if DJ's of the Day ever flipped the discs over or were stuck to playlists in the 60's.
  9. I prefer to use Firefox too, there are Instances where you have to tweak things a little. On Manships Drop down Auction for Instance, I couldn't listen to sounds with Firefox whereas in Internet Explorer it played them OK. I had to adjust the settings in Firefox to allow them to play.
  10. Hi Ken Top Tune this, I agree her others on Diamond are also worth looking out for.
  11. Brilliant RCA Stock Copy Extremely Rare and sought after. There's just something so Special about the RCA Stock Copies, finding them ain't easy though. Nice European Patti Austin copy too.
  12. Brilliant, love this two giants of music together, thanks for posting, here he is again in Colour. >>> ANY DAY NOW <<< -(Apollo Hall of Fame Concert 1993) Catch it before they remove it, Again ........
  13. Hi I may have to do a bit of tidying before my record storage could hope to be described as messy. They are in sturdy cases, unfortunately 50% in a random order. I have now collated an A TO Z List on Excel. The rest is an ongoing project.
  14. Hi Pete, You've unearthed some good clips here, Thanks.
  15. Brilliant, Thanks again.
  16. Brilliant record, always loved this, Thanks for Posting the Link Pete
  17. Hi The constant in almost all of these records, either forgotten or over played is quality. The reason some were forgotten is the sheer amount of brilliant records our scene has discovered over the years. Look forward to more, & I hope refosoul is back soon so we can all have a listen.
  18. Hi Amazing, once again, a record that you would expect/should be there. Surely considering it is known in the U.K. & Europe It gained a 45 release on Loma ....... no scans or positive sighting, Strange. Loma 2004 ...... Anyone. >>> LINK <<< As already mentioned it does have a release number.
  19. Hi Mark Sundays won't be the same, respect your decision however sad that it should come to an end. All the Best in whatever it is that you decide to do next.
  20. Hi Kevin Sorry to hear that Mate, hope you are O K now. I noticed the Soulspinner Site had changed earlier today, looking good.
  21. I am 53 this year, around the same age as Ian, however I have to say that my parents didn't own a car, we went everywhere by train, bus or walked. At 16 Florida wasn't even a dream, it was impossible. If the guy made the most of his circumstances, then fair play, but he should remember that not all have had that chance in life.
  22. I can't remember seeing one. However, I'm sure that it should exist. The Omen Label was the Local release & Vault, the National Release.
  23. These are all Styrene, anyone seen an Omen Stock Copy, I haven't.
  24. Amazing, thanks. I've just watched Amy Winehouse and "Tears Dry" Video, didn't expect to see this one. Thanks Again.
  25. Hi Sean Might be me, I always thought that the Instrumental was based on the "Get Out Of My Heart" track. or Visa-Versa. Not a straight Vocal to the Instrumental. If you know what I mean.
