    Not sure if I've seen a West Coast Stock Copy. Here's a good scan from PopSike.com click on Label It shows quite a lot of Deadwax Info.

    Thanks for this scan Mate, Guessing this is the rarest U.S.A. format being West Coast. Not that any are easy I suppose, but still, West Coast are usually the most elusive.

    Here's another from Popsike.com click on Label This one has a Star on the "(I'm) Never Gonna Leave You" Side. Reference PopSike.com Quote "It is an original release and has the following in the runout grooves 'Nashville' and then 'ZTSB110961-1A' and also 'F-927'." Here's the British, again from PopSike.com click on Label I really do need a Lottery Win, These look fantastic. Love the record, On my wants list when funds allow.

    Sorry Mate, now you mention it, I can just about make it out. There's me doing my Columbo detective bit and the date is on the label, Doh! Still 1972 would make the Grey 1st Issue, Multicoloured probably has 1972 on credit, but would be a later press.

    Not sure when the colour changed for THE LORELEI Grey was 72/73 I think.

    Compared to the other Label Colours for Columbia, The Grey had a comparatively short run if I remember correctly. Just wondering if this would help to Approximate Year for this release. Thinking THE LORELEI - STOP & GEORGE CARROW - ANGEL BABY re-issue.

    Hi Steve It does follow that It should be there, Just Elusive to say the least. Hope you find one Mate. It'll one of those that suddenly turns up on ebay when you least expect it. Happened to me with "One Way Out" West Coast Scripted on ebay. I stupidly failed to capture the moment, Outbid at the last minute and It was cheap too.

    Hi Steve Almost certainly the case, now you mention it. Gotta give Levi Credit for not following this trend. I believe that they still consider him as a Member of the Group even though he is Unable to Perform. So Nice to see this within a Group.

    I agree that It is a hard one to call, It all ultimately comes down to Personal Preference. You raise an Interesting point regarding The Beatles Signed records. They are enhanced due to the Autograph (Price Wise) I may well be wrong, I Just have this protective urge regarding vinyl. I have seen many ways of mistreating Vinyl, Label & all. Maybe I am wrong regarding The Artist scrawling their signature on The Label. However, given the choice, I still would prefer the sleeve.

    I always like my records as pristine as possible, However; DJ Graffitti as I call It, I know what you mean, (Authentic, of It's time & Part of the records History) If the Record Label was Autographed at the Time of release, all well & good. Even though It could be argued that Yesterday is part of a records History, the sleeve is the better place for Autographs I reckon, Doesn't seem right somehow to Deliberately write on the Label, whatever the reason. Similar goes for Stickers, some are to be expected, and of the Period. I would never dream of attempting to remove them.

    Yes, I have the one with "Just Another B Side" Bought from Soul Bowl. I'm certain that It has scratched Matrix both sides. F/W etc

    Morning Harry I've Just got in from the Night Shift. There are some Beautiful record Labels out there. Party Time an Excellent choice.

    This one has a Similar Style, Nowhere near as Rare though. ------------------------------------------------ A couple of others that catch the eye.
