Fabulous Dimensions On Sapphire
No Problem Richard. If I Remember Correctly, I Think The Red & The Yellow Labels That I Have, Were Both Found In A Soul Pack From Soul Bowl. I Only ever bought the one Soul Pack from Soul Bowl, concentrated on other parts of the list at the time. 100 for £3, Those Were The Days, but still when you consider I Started on £4, 19 Shillings & 6 pence A Week in 1970 (Apprentice Wages). First 2nd Hand Scooter at £25 Wish now I had bought more Soul Packs, as there was some nice Gems in them.

A Few L.p's
Indeed there is Mate. Hoping that someone can use this to replace a worn album that still has its Cover.

Parkway - Chubby Checker - (at The) Discotheque
Thanks Benji Yes, It is the same as U.K. Design. Actually, I'm Assuming that U.K. was first to use this amalgamated Title "Cameo-Parkway" I might be wrong. Basically the CAMEO-PARKWAY Name & Using the U.S.A. Cameo Label Design. Appears that only the Dutch Labels altered the Cameo Design.

West Coast "JIMMY MACK" Arrived This Morning.

Parkway - Chubby Checker - (at The) Discotheque
Now that is a Nice Record To Own. What kind of format does the Label have, Looking At The Sleeve, I'm guessing Cameo-Parkway Similar to U.K. Design.

Thanks Paul. I am Looking to start on European Copies of Certain Titles when funds allow.

Bettye Swann I Will Not Cry
Just bought the ABET DEMO. Noticed that my other copy has JUKE BOX Above the Number, R & B Underneath? Other Copies about without this on the Label, now wondering why they needed to specify.

Gordy Label
It is a Styrene Press, Not A Monarch, Looks very similar to a ZTSC. Scratched "T1", Scratched "G-7058", STAMPED "R 4 K M - 9 9 5 4 - 1 c", Scratched "V091123"

Gordy Label
Thanks Mate. Exactly my thoughts at first, then as you mention I noticed the Text deliberately Positioned to coincide with Logo, Same Position as the with New Logo.

Bob Relf - Blowing My Mind To Pieces
Yes, Mate. I Have The Orange Trans-American Label with drumstick stamp, Always Assumed & Told That It Was The First Issue. However, The Evidence Of The Phone Number On The Yellow Trans-American with drumstick stamp Does Point To The Yellow One Actually Preceding The Orange Copy. Sorry About This, I Know What You Mean About The Lengthy Debate, As Opinions Do Differ On This Record.

Gordy Label
Slowly Getting There, I Have A Badge West Coast Jimmy Mack In The Post Hopefully. This One Arrived Today, Obviously Using Up The Label Blanks At The Design Change. First Time I Had Seen One Like This, Wondered If It Was Unique To This Release. G 7058 MARTHA & THE VANDELLAS JIMMY MACK / THIRD FINGER, LEFT HAND G 7059 THE CONTOURS IT'S SO HARD BEING A LOSER / YOUR LOVE GROWS MORE PRECIOUS EVERYDAY

Whats The Rarest Re-issue
This One Has P.B. In The Deadwax. Caught Me Out Back In The 70's. Bought A Real DEMO Soon After.
-
Parkway - Chubby Checker - (at The) Discotheque
Many Thanks Steve Gotta Be The Rarest Format, A One Off Press I Assume. I Wonder If U.S.A. Chose To At Least Give It A Release Number Before Release In The U.K. Guessing That The Release Number Would Have Been Controlled Stateside & U.K. Followed The Sequence. As I Said Earlier, Fascinating Stuff, Thanks Again.

Most Soulful And Least Soulful Lnsrumental
Agree With All So Far. Don't Know About An Air Guitar. For Some Reason When I Hear "Thumb A Ride" I Suddenly Have An AIR SAXAPHONE. I Love Instrumentals, Always Have. They Have Their Place In My Collection.

Record Grading
Should Be, It Is My Old Deck But Still Plays At 45 R.P.M. As Far As I Am Aware. It Was Recorded Straight Into The Sound Card, No Other Processing Other Than Upload To Soul Source From mp3.

One Of The Records That I Have, Is A Stunning Copy Of Dee Dee Warwick - Monday, Monday - White DEMO. It Is Mint To Look At, Absolutely Perfect, Until It Is Played, I Think It's Needle Burn.

Record Grading
Not Even Thinking Of Selling It On & You're Probably Right, But Just Goes To Show How Difficult Grading Can Be Sometimes. I Took The Picture Yesterday, Sun Shining, To Show All The Surface Scratches.
