  1. Very Sad News.
  2. I have a couple on this Label, Obviously this one is the first that I bought. IT'S A MAN'S MAN'S MAN'S WORLD - LEYROY JONES on the other side is good too LOVE IS LIKE AN ITCHING IN MY HEART - JENNY & THE JEWELS
  3. They were the ones Sold by Tandy Radio Shack Stores if my memory serves me right. Mostly White but other colours available, Including the yellow shown in the picture. Think they were smooth, without the three prongs at each side, so they were Ideal for Poly Lined Sleeves. Again not much help, but might jog someone's memory.
  4. Noticed that some of the Auctiva Scans now save, (used to be protected). Why ebay keep changing things is an enigma known only to them I reckon. They will eventually kill things and turn success into a failure, as far as we're concerned. If it ain't broke don't try to fix it. (Surely they must have heard of this sound advise)
  5. Hi Gary A couple on PopSike www.PopSike.com (Mentions - original 12“ on LAX)- However doesn't give any clues as to whether this release is legit. www.PopSike.com
  6. Definitely be good to find out who the Singer Is & Credit Her Correctly for her work. Thanks Mike
  7. SUSAN SHIFRIN
  8. Jody Miller Cindy Malone
  9. I'm certain that at least two different mix between matrix WXL or WXB.
  10. Yours may have a "Nashville Matrix" at a Guess, looking at the Label Layout. Either way, different pressing plant.
  11. SUSAN RAFEY
  12. April Stevens
  13. Some Rare Items there Mate. Both those Incredibles DEMOs took me ages to find. The Non Amy Mala Bell "There's Nothing Else To Say" Found a copy within the last year or so, 40 Years of searching.
  14. Here it is on dynoVoice
  15. Basically buy records that you like. There are some brilliant records out there, original & cheap. Some are records that don't get played that much, but could still fill that dance floor. It's not too long ago that I bought "The Incredibles" "Miss Treatment" from a Dealer for $40 (About £20 at that moment in time) Purely because I liked it. That record would now cost much more to buy, Seen it recently around £100. When paying good money, avoid the counterfeits, they are out there & we've all stories to tell. However nowadays there is help at hand (Bootleg Guide is Essential) & by asking advice on this forum. Best of luck, main thing is to enjoy.
  16. Apparently there are certain inaccuracies, but Personally I Enjoyed This Movie.
  17. Hi Richard First time I'd noticed the difference, but see what you mean. Both DEMO & Sticker On Stock Copy for this one above. Wondering if they were put to exactly the same use at the time, DJ(Radio Stations)or Other Review Purpose. We tend to Lump together Demonstration, Promotional, DJ Copy, Audition Copy. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Whereas never seen a White DEMO for the Golden World GW-27 Below.
  18. In the same way as you can enable / disable signature by checking a box. Wonder if it's possible to have a Small Indication (Enable/Disable) within a members signature to flag up something in sales or want's. (Linked to either section by clicking on an Icon or something) A bit like if you click on Within My Signature it takes you there. That way every post would advertise such anywhere on the forum. Could even be a couple of flags under Avatar. Member currently has something in SALES or WANTS (Possibly Indicating Date Enabled). Just an Idea Mike, not sure if possible.
  19. Hi Dave Have emailed, Thinking of you both.
  20. Agreed, It Was A Nightmare.
  21. I Agree Throughout the Label I have always been led to believe that 3 pressing plants used.
  22. Hi Adam Desirable Ric-Tic DEMO's & Definitely not easy. Only the second RT-129 DEMO that I have seen for Instance. I Paid £50 for my copy back in 2006. Some of the Ric-Tics are quite easy yet others virtually Impossible in any Condition. It took ages to get to the point at Hitsville where we covered Just about every DEMO & Stock Copy. You along with fellow collectors helped us in that quest, If other copies are out there they are proving EXTREMELY difficult to trace. With Stock Copies worth only a few dollars, So difficult to Price & sadly doesn't always reflect just how rare some of these DEMOs are, as we found out with Ric-Tic 122 DEMO. The RT-130 & RT-136 missing from my collection, and I suspect from other Ric-Tic collections. Hope that you get a good price for them. I would certainly bid, if I have the funds at the time.
  23. Many Thanks for ALL Info Regarding this Record. I don't have either the Original or the Re-Issue so can't provide Deadwax Detail. However, the following is Extremely Helpful If able to Inspect the record before purchase, or ask Question, etc. "The difference is that the dead wax etchings are scratched out on the reissue" Thanks for this Information.
  24. There's a few on PopSike.com Here's a couple Top two mentions Water Stained, Bottom Scan mentions Unplayed & slight stain. Click on Label for PopSike/ebay Description. www.PopSike.com www.PopSike.com
  25. Yes, Will attempt to scan that, It's Only on the DEMO though & to the Right of the GS Here It Is.
