  1. Hi Don I see what you mean, whether or not someone mis-keyed the amount, I would have thought that ebay had a rule regarding such. Plus no free post.
  2. Here is the Album, A copy that I recently Sold
  3. Sorry to hear about feedback, they need to address this regarding removal of comments when proved to be wrong. Agree that contact should be the first option, this could have been easily sorted out, as there wasn't a problem in the first place as far as I can see.
  4. I have the Issue but not to hand at the moment to compare, not booted on Atlantic as far as I'm aware. This copy from Soul Bowl (70's) A little rushed and under fluerescent light but have Included a Photo of the Matrix.
  5. Hi Mick Exactly, How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You), brackets or not, the Label I mention reads like How Sweet It Is To (Be Loved By You)
  6. Many Thanks Sean for confirming my thoughts on this subject, and for giving a first hand Insight into the day to day life in a Printing Environment. The printer is often overlooked, yet an plays such an Important part in the collecting of the Various Labels. To my ears, the music from the 60's is second to none, but to me the Label owners obviously trying for Hit records at the time appear to have taken their eye off the ball regarding the Impact with certain titles Via the printers.. Where would you split the title, "HOW SWEET IT IS TO BE LOVED BY YOU" In my opinion, certainly not like this. Same goes for "THE SOUL BROTHERS" Credit.
  7. Agree totally, this one of mine quite a recent addition too, somehow I didn't acquire this tune back in the 70's when I was buying as much as I could afford out of my wages from Soul Bowl. Brilliant record.
  8. Morning Harry, It is something that I have noticed over the years, Major Labels Too. Almost an "Oh, That'll Do" attitude, Regarding the Label Credits.
  9. Another Example Regarding the Title. Same Layout as the DEMO below. And a WEST COAST Monarch Delta # 69164
  10. Four Lines or two.
  11. Here are three others. I know that different Pressing Plants are Involved here, Incuding different time of Issue. The thing that stands out Beyond that are the Title's and Artist Credits. Sometimes an attempt made on one line, even by reducing the font size, & then split the other over a couple of lines. I'm guessing that the printer had complete control here, without any Quality Control regarding the credit layout from the Label Owner, once the Logo had been established & Label Blanks produced.
  12. I am always Intrigued by the different Label Variations. The thing that stands out with many Titles, is just that, the Title. One Line, Two Lines, Sometimes Three etc & Different Size Font for the same Release. Considering the Quality Control aspect, did the Label Owners care beyond their Individual Logo. Just wondering if this is a Regional Thing,Printers allowed to do whatever they wished beyond the Logo. Differences Of Time Regarding Press. Picked this one purely as an example of many, Just happened to be a Brunswick Label. Here's a DEMO for this release, Is this a clue as to first off the press with above Stock Copies, or Just a coincidence.
  13. Very Sad News Indeed, R.I.P. Alan Condolences to Judi and family. Our Thoughts Are With You. Roger, Sue, Michael & Michelle.
  14. Hi Dave Once again, Many Thanks & would love to see the Picture Cover. Guessing there's not many copies of this about with or without Cover. To get both & the centre intact too. Another STEREO Version & It's a "B Side", is there another "Hit" on the A Side? One thing I've just noticed, Title on some "BREAK OUT" others "BREAKOUT" Trivia I suppose, but just noticed, even happened accross "New Voice" releases.
  15. Many Thanks to you both for posting these. Hi Carl Thanks again for the Information, STEREO Version. Hi Dave Never seen the BELL (Japan) Copy before either, amazing.
  16. Hi Carl Many Thanks Mate, I don't recall ever seeing either of these two before.
  17. A Scan Of The Burgundy Copy (Original) PopSike.com
  18. I'm not sure which first either between Purple & Yellow. "660504" Scratched In The Deadwax Styrene Monarch Delta # 64810 Styrene Monarch Delta # 64810 Vinyl 70's BOOT- Styrene Monarch Delta # 99527
  19. Some of the best tunes out there, are only a few dollars to buy, share your thoughts regarding sheer beauty of these records both Visual & Audio. Always a place in the collection for gems like this.
  20. I will definitely have a listen Pete, That's if I dare, . My Wants List is growing by the day with Northern stuff as it is. Before I discovered Rare Soul I had started in a small way to collect Reggae.
  21. Same Artist. Later in the Ric-Tic Catalogue DEMO's revert back to white, plus sometimes there's a slight change with Label Credits. The last pair of scans have different credit layout to other DEMO & Stock Copy Inc Notice "AL KENT ORCHESTRA" (Both Sides) I'm Just in the process of re-scanning a few with my current scanner. These we're scanned a few years back.
  22. Yes, Definitely one one the Rarest Ric-Tic DEMO's, Original Multicoloured. There are other DEMO's Virtually Impossible on the Label. One that I have yet to see is a "LITTLE ANN" DEMO Got my copy from Soul Bowl back in the 70's, only seen a couple of copies since.
  23. Works fine Mike, noticed that if you start to type an artists name for instance not to rush with typing. The search picks up the rest, then click with mouse, perfect. i.e. "Miracles" (You only need to type "mir") & miracles is there on the menu.
  24. Here's that (TB Boot)
