The Esquires
Hi Dave Appears to be true of most of The Esquires Stuff on Bunky. Guessing there's West Coast & East Coast Variations too. Either way, there can't have been many DEMO's made for some reason, compared to the Stock Copies. This is the only Esquires Bunky DEMO that I have. ESQUIRES - AND GET AWAY - (Soundclip from Refosoul Archive)

The Esquires

Hi Geoff I asked this very question in >>> <<< Everything's Gonna Be Alright = "A Side" on the U.K. copy. Originally.I know that it came out a couple of times in the U.K. on London with the two Label Designs.Prompted me to ask In the U.S.A. was this Promoted both sides at the time, released twice, different pressing plants. I bought this one from Soul Bowl in the 70's, has * "Everything's Gonna Be Alright" as the Promoted Side Saw this one on ebay a couple of years ago. * "That Driving Beat" as the Promoted Side

The Combinations .while You Were Gone
Hi Piko Yes, It Looks OK To Me Too. Incidently, I May Be Way Off Here, Couldn't Help But Notice Similarities Of Press To This DEMO Variation Which Just Happens To Have A "Nashville Matrix" Does This Pin Point One Particular Pressing Plant I Wonder, So Unusual The Way The Label Molds To The Deadwax.

Detroit Sleeves?
OK I know that this isn't a Detroit Sleeve, However; Are any other Labels known to favour a particular sleeve (Brown or White) Originally. This one sits in my collection at the side of the copy I play. I'm not sure if this was sealed at Factory from New. If so it would suggest Brown Sleeves for Money Record Label.

Detroit Sleeves?
That's a nice Sleeve Andy, Definitely the first one I've seen.

Info On Label Variation Please
Hi Kev I will have a look for that J B Promo Variation. (white label and purple and gold text) I love to trawl through the labels looking for the different Label Variations. Hopefully along the way uncovering a few things, There's so much of Information Apparently Lost over the years. If, I'm right (NOTICE THE BIG IF), I suppose I will be looking for the LATEST KING Records Number on a White Label. As the Yellow ones may be simply Re-Promotion of Earlier Numbers. However; certain DEMO's could become the rarest by default, purely due to Label Design Change, (whether they be Yellow or White).

Info On Label Variation Please
