The price seems to have leapt tenfold - https://www.collector...id=370292365302 I've always thought this was a great 7, supply was bound to dry up at some point and it does satisfy the current vogue for funkier sounds. I've even thought it underpriced at £20 - £30 but even so - nearly £200!! Still - supply and demand and all that - someone was obviously happy to pay that price. Her big tune was Paradise, a classic Lovers Rock 12. I don't think I've ever really heard anything bad by her - just one of those artists who cut a few nice things every now and again but never hit the big-time. Steve.

Got it!! Its Jean Adebambo - Say That You Love Me. I have this on her Feelings album from 1983. Jean is better known for her Lovers Rock recordings but she stretched into slightly more soulful territory for her album which is excellent throughout.....to say the least. Wouldn't have thought it would be a big money tune which isn't to dispute its quality - I'll certainly buy it just to have it on a 12......providing the price is right!!!!! Cheers Steve.

True Example - As Long As You Love Me First Class - Sitting Pretty Double Exposure - Falling In Love Skyy - Here's To You Sure, much of the labels output was aimed squarely at the dancefloor but that shouldn't invalidate it in anyway!! Personally, I don't think its too much to ask that a DJ progammes a mix of quality tunes that flow together well, whether mixed or not. I don't see that an ear for a good tune and an ear for beats should be mutually exclusive! IMHO!!

Totally agree - what a great album - So Much For Love a great soulful disco 12 to boot!
