  1. Not too bad Sean ta mate. He's never been known to miss one. I wish you could flag sales lists to see if he's already been on it'd save me looking.
  2. That'd be a first Mace paying over the odds
  3. Surely a zero missing there
  4. Yeah no gaps. I'm a regular user of RM Tracking so know the drill but suspect they only keep it on the site for a two or three week period after the delivery. That's all I can think of for why it was there and now its not.
  5. Can I just put a buyers spin on this for a minute. I'm more than willing to pay insurance if it's offered (and priced) up front as part of the listing so suggest seller add it for items over say $100. I'm mid dispute with a seller at the moment. The item i bought (a pandora bracelet) turned out to be not the 18 cm she advertised but only 16 cm and so didn't fit. So not the nice Christmas presssy I had hoped . When I got back to her she replied saying "I don't make mistakes" After a few days of email tennis she agreed to refund me if I returned the item. I sent it recorded and signed for. A week after I could see it was delivered and signed for with a big 'X' I chased her for my refund whilst opening a despute on paypal just to be safe. She eventually replied saying she couldn't work out how to refund me via paypal so would send be a cheque. She did that and of course it bounced. The next stage in the paypal dispute of course asked me to return the item and give her time to respond which I had already done. Paypal then asked me to supply the tracking number for the return which I did on Friday but despite me having seen the signature and date time the item was signed for the tracking number now doesn't show up on the Royal Mail site. She signed for it on 4th Jan. So paypal now dispute the fact that the tracking number is valid. By trying to resolve this amicably I now may not get any refund. Next time its by the Paypal book I'm affraid.
  6. Point taken. I'm just a bit anal about things like that, sad I know.
  7. Its deffo unplayable and currently framed on the wall in the record room. Usefull as a reference copy ( or a prop in an insureance scam ) but little else I'm affraid.
  8. hoisted on your own petard. I've done that loads of times
  9. I prefer the 9ltr ones Kev the 18 ltr ones don't have a seperator so they end up interwoven if that makes sense well they do until you put a strong card divider between the rows.
  10. Swap ya for a cracked 7th Avenue Aviators

  15. 1. I think I said it was all about opinions. 2. I was offering mine. 3. I genuinely was looking forward to the next installment. 4. I wasn't taking it serious for fucks sake. 5. You on the other hand appear to be. I just shut the fuck up from now on
  16. Looking forward to the 83 oldies that are better than Court Davis! It's all about opinions I guess.
  17. Joan, I remember being threatened via email for saying exactly that about a guy selling carvers of the San Francisco TKO's with coffee stains on the labels making out they were original acetates. Wasn't this shower (I don't think). The guy knew me but I didn't know who he was. When he finally plucked up the courage to front me up at a venue he strangely didn't want to go outside to discuss my views. What's more I'd DJed at the same venue as the guy never knowing what he was up to. The whole scene is full of oddballs trying to make a buck.
  18. I have three or four of these somewhere but can't recall condition of top of my head I'll have a look over the weekend and let you know if you're not sorted out. Ged

  20. That makes it sound like Benji has a problem in his nether regions. Sorry guys but it made me laugh
  21. Reminds me of a good friend of mine - Chris Naughton who is a member of the drone rock outfit Atavist ( https://www.myspace.com/atavist ). They made a limited edition 'Ice' record just as a gimick. They advertised it on the web and low and behold they had a Swedish guy want to buy a copy. They duly packed it in a plastic bag inside a jiffy bag and sent it to him. He of course went mad having recieved a bag of water in the post. The publicity they got was beyond their wildest dreams. They spend a shit load on the packaging of their records and they can fetch big bucks - absolutely not my cup of tea but they have a few loyal fans, usually Scandanavian loners who still live with their mum (Albeit she's probably under the patio ).
  22. What about ones that have similar theme too Dean Barlow - Third Window From the Right and Village Sound - These Windows Flight - Playing Your Game and Dooley Siverspoon - Game Players Kenny Hamber - Anything You Want and Collin and Power - Anything I Can Do There must be loads..............
