  1. I don't think I'll ever tire of hearing that track. Just brilliant and a few others on the Lp too.
  2. Good shout Alan..I love anything with that kind of "tighten up" / "grazing in the grass" riff! This does sound like it's the same backing to Friends of Distinction "Grazing in the grass"....or is that just me?! Also here's hoping that Saun and Starr release an LP to rival Sharon Jones! Keep this thread rolling everyone, but no more YouTube clips or such like please as my Mac and ipad can't seem to cope
  3. What's Facebook? I personally don't need it, whatever it is. For work I have to use a web based site every day called Sales Force.....It ain't anywhere near as slick or informative as Soul Source! Boss made the mistake of giving me an ipad the other week and it's fair to say Soul Source gets more visits from me than the one I'm supposed to be on! Keep up the good work.
  4. Hi. Pm'd you with a near mint spare Have. Thanks. Steve
  5. Sorry this was the only thing I could afford from you on Sat night Dave, but blimey it's worth every penny and sounds brilliant playing loud in the car all this week! Cheers and roll on the next soulful SJ release, Steve
  6. I've seen anywhere between £30 and £70 depending on condition. I think some prefer that 45 version with the sax, over the LP which doesn't have the horns, hence price gone up as more have looked for one. Maybe not relevant but I'm sure I read somewhere some time ago that Dee Dee Warwick never liked the 45 mix as it didn't really seem to allow her vocal take the lead. I tend to agree for what it's worth. I think you'd get £60 for NM in sleeve.
  7. Good to hear that you are still carrying on with the Tuesday night shows after all Topsy! All the best and see ya soon. Steve
  8. Post deleted as record obtained, thanks.
