  7. I bought mine off Pat back in the early 9ts for a fiver or was it two for a fiver and get one free! LOL! It was one of the many records he had in his cheapo section. Oh those wonderful days when you could spend a ton and come away with a boat load of tunes!

Steve Dye penetrant inspection (DPI), also called liquid penetrant inspection (LPI) or penetrant testing (PT), is an inspection method used to locate surface-breaking defects in all non-porous materials (metals, plastics, or ceramics). The penetrant may be applied to all non-ferrous materials and ferrous materials, although for ferrous components magnetic-particle inspection is often used instead for its subsurface detection capability. LPI is used to detect casting, forging and welding surface defects such as hairline cracks, surface porosity, leaks in new products, and fatigue cracks on in-service components. In layman's term if you were to spray the area of the record which may or may not be cracked with liquid dye penetrant (luminous green in colour) and then inspect the area under ultraviolet light whilst using a magnification lens you should then be able to determine whether the record is cracked or not. 10. Played at the Wilton in the late 9ts and early 2000s
  11. I bought mine from Pat Brady 20 years ago or so, I won't tell you how much for cos it can be a bit upsetting, mind you things like that were very cheap back then. I do remember playing it at the Wilton circa 95/96 and also at the Bradford soul nights I ran with Brendan Carroll and Paul McNamara. Think this was about the same time. How time goes by!
  12. What's the going rate for this?
  13. You put it on the complimentary CD for your Leyland soul night sometime last year. Brilliant!
  14. First heard this played out at Bishop Auckland and the Wilton back in the 9ts.
