    Never paid and I’ve never been asked to pay to listen to any mixclouder or blocked from listening, except after three listens in the fortnight

    Exactly, it hasn't sold so how can it be taken into account. I thought it might be another greedy English seller but it seems its a German doing what the Brits do.

    The scan is irrelevant, that could have been added when the entry was made, it doesn’t necessarily correspond with the sale item my guess is it is one of the look a like copies which are blocked from sale, the seller will simply add a comment to say as much in his listing notes
