Masqueraders c/u is awesome although I think he played it last year, not 100% mind He played his Sherry Taylor cover up and another at the same time, last November I think, thinking it's the Masqueraders but could be wrong. Sherry Taylor "It's Beautiful" his best recent discovery for me, superb.

I don't know where there is a copy so there was no need to involve something I'd said elsewhere. Like I said if I knew where there was a copy I would glady tell soulster.

I don't blame the top dj's who put in the hours searching for records covering them up. Too many folk who sit idly by contributing nothing yet more than happy to sponge of the knowledge of others. Another reason why I am against folk giving out peoples e-bay identity.

Its not very helpful when the ones I saw were earlier this year. If I knew of a copy at this minute I would say something.

If you haven't got a ticket it will almost certainly be pointless turning up at gone 4 in the morning.

I still say regardless of what it is fetching now I still don't rate this in the £250/£300 bracket. Far rarer records that are worth £300 IMO.

Agree with all your comments about how new the above are for some. Think I was the second to hear "Surprise" September/October 2002. Lifesaver Butch was playing this early/mid 2002 as well, certainly spun at Cleggy that year although it has been known to some collectors many years. JJ Jackson awesome and in my top 5 along with the Jerry Williams cover up but both been played by Butch for years although neither really taking of or getting the credit they deserve until this year.

Dunno about that, I've heard Dj's make very good records sound crap by the way they put their set together. If it don't flow it don't work IMO and some DJ's even with a box of big money records haven't a clue about making a set flow

It's spelt Wynters It's on Mercury, white demos only as far as I'm aware, half a dozen copies maybe. Sorry can't help you with the soundfile

I can remember Andy first getting the Rita & Tiaras cover up, blew me away, one of the best discoveries I've heard IMO. Think you will have many a sleepless night though trying to guess it's identity.

The high for me was the start of the Lifeline all-nighter, the best upfront all-nighter in the country. After that the England vs. Scotland alldayer one of the best events I've been to this year, great music again all day long.

Why this is fetching so much is beyond me!!! Certainly not £300 rare IMO. Have seen two or three this year, one as low as £120.

One just sold on e-bay for $2591. Thats at least 2 or 3 the last year on e-bay, not sure if same seller as never noted. Still only a small known quantity.

Does sound better played over PA than in the house (IMO).
