  1. thought it ws a £30/£40 in the real world. When I heard this was fetching abit of money I found one in the cupboard, started to clean it and cracked the twat
  2. Whats the program you are using Pete?
  3. Got plays all over John, Tony's when Guy ran it, Bradford but still say it never really hit the spot for the dancers.
  4. I used to spin this around '87/'88 as did one or two others. Been around the £50 mark forever it seems. As already mentioned more a tape collectors item as it never really took off.
  5. You don't like it Christian, well that does surprise me
  6. Maybe.... TRC 981 Bobby Joy You Sweet Devil You Letter From A Soldier Mark will no doubt say what it was when he reads this.
  7. Was definately played at Sheridans, deffo a dancer just can't remember chorus right now to describe, brain not functioning properly
  8. Butch's Masqueraders cover up "You gotta pay now" or something similiar, gets better every time I hear it.
  9. Something I've never thought of Brett. I would have thought the majority of records got little or no airplay at all when first released and our DJ's have probably done more for the records than those over the pond
  10. Robin definately played Nina Simone @ Stafford.
  11. Dee & Joe on Jubilee, same backing??? Got it somewhere will dig it out later.
  12. The listing I have has the same details missing
  13. Not sure if this maybe got spins earlier though? late Wigan?
  14. Definately a Butch spin from good few years ago, still spins it now and again.
  15. Vernon Harrell - Your Love - Score?
  16. Little Charles - Geminin, Cliff Nobles on Atlantic?
  17. Christian, I know full well it was played lots in the old days I also know it was booted and agree with Kenny's comment regarding green f****** ugly thing What I was trying to say that prior tpo Butch spinning it it was seldom or never heard for number of years. You know full well that many buyers either don't have the knowledge or too much money. Many records have gone the same way as Johnny Howard.
  18. I doubt I would even contemplate putting the Bobby Womack up for auction and would never have sold it for that price. It's a record that IMO should have had a reasonable set price on it
  19. Was it one of these that bought it.......
  20. Why was it auctioned in the first place?
  21. Off top of my head can only think of You Had To Hurt Someone on the flip? Be interesting to know if it was issued twice.
  22. Wouldn't mind hearing just how bad it is, mp3 anyone?
  23. It's either that or Just Let It Happen also on Kapp.
