  1. Think Just Brothers been around from early 80's....John Vincent had it first I think off John Anderson(?) he did tell the story on here once, offered it to Searling who gave it back sying too good for Northern Scene (at the time I presume) Maybe he read this and tell it again
  2. Pretty sure Norris Vines lot longer than 5 years. Papa Bear been known about some years so therefore not a recent discovery...maybe to you. As for others probably been known about but not had the exposure, same as a lot of stuff...doesn't make them recent discoveries though does it. I mean someone new to the scene most records will be new discoveries
  3. as far as I'm aware the Jackson Brothers got spins as far back as Stafford. been about some years.

  13. Outcast is on there Dan and I personally prefer it to Jesse Johnson's Left Out Dunno if you've heard the Impressed cd from Kent.....all groups inspired/similiar to the Impressions, great cd it is too The house is looking more like a house so might be in a position to join in the next swap

  20. A bargain at £8 even five years ago, was never that cheap 15 years ago. £75 top whack IMO but if some are happy to pay the prices it commands..... Totally over priced and over played Both of 'em
  21. Just found some Lp's under all the rubble in the front room...Garland Green "Jealous Kinda Fella", Ann Peebles "If This Is Heaven" and The Righteous Brothers "Souled Out" amongst them
