  2. if they never get a set anywhere, then technically they don't dj so technically they aren't dj's personally wouldn't employ a dj who turns up for his set and buggers off after it! they should at least show a little commitment to the event IMO
  3. Heard Neil at Wilton couple of years ago (sure it was him ) and he played a great set
  4. Nope.....now shall I tell you or let you do your nut in a bit more Ok I'll tell you...Soul Power
  5. first one is Judy Stokes. Old Rob Marriott spin with great deep on the flip
  6. Played the Marva Whitney a couple of times over Christmas.
  7. the flip of Gilly's has for about 20 seconds an instrumental version which suddenly stops, obviously doing a sound check or summat. It then kicks off again slightly faster for the full length of the song, just instrumental with bit of female backing and towards the end Little Ann comes in singoing "when he's not around what shall I do" repeating several times. Not sure but think Gilly's differs slightly to the cd. any chance of the tambourine cut posted?
  8. pretty sure Richards was pitched at plus 2 for playing out, have it on tape and it sounds about that speed. listening to Gilly's now and no tambourines.
  9. here you go.....
  10. don't think Col could have made the soundfile much bigger if he tried do you want a smaller sound file sending?
  11. Have a tape somewhere with Keb playing a record for Butch and Butch danced cause Keb makes some remark at the end I reckons we will be calling in at Huddersfield on the way to Middleton wimp
  12. or is it Wil Downing I'll find the bugger soon and why is it covered up? was played uncovered years ago....where's Rob Wigley he'll know for sure
  13. I've actually got this or had it it's 90's or maybe later and the artist who I can't rememer is of the stature of Luther Vandross (not him tho')....kin ell who is it, same era as well....... ah! Alexander O'Neil...I think
  14. second one is one either Dean Anderson, Andy Dyson occasionally or myself played in recent times, slightly different as well. First one I know but can't remember just trying to remember who plays it out
  15. Rees Flores IMHO shpould be around £800 but some are willing to pay more, why I dunno Oh and funk my arse Caressors should be in the real world £350, used to sel for this and less but again folk wiling to pay more and the price rose a fair bit. If I was selling it would probably be £750.
  16. can supply a soundfile but guess not quite what you want
  17. Pretty sure this one was Belgian as I'm sure the owner/seller had a Belgian girlfriend at the time...could have been Dutch as was a few years ago now and memory not the same but CNR doesn't ring a bell Whichever country the scan will be interesting to see.
  18. put one on ebay and didn't get a bid. see it on lists and in boxes for around the £100 mark.
  19. issues common
  20. Sure I listed a demo for Andy about a year ago or so and demo fair bit harder, infact not often seen...could be wrong and be thinkin of the Thelma one someone elsewhere questioned why demo so much more than issue
  21. Robert Ward demos bit harder than issues so would say £50 or £60 about right.
  22. Thats the one Stevie. I've seen one Will try and get a scan. Haven't got the book yet, JM doing his bestest for me Wonder how it came to be on Tower as well!
  23. I Laugh To Keep From Crying - Powertree 148 . I think I've heard this at Andy's Des, not 100% but I'll check.
