  6. All good in their own way, James Phelps the best for the dance floor me. Satin agree is very smooth but just lacks something without the added girlie backing, John Edwards probably the most soulful though IMHO.

  18. Fantastic record Just record the record as it plays, Microsoft has it's own basic recorder and most burning suites such as nero have one.
  19. not totally sure regarding quantities, just asssuming really, especially with Motown and Detroit releases. After all Motown aiming at the mass white market and can't see Motown just doing the odd few hundred presses of each release. Same for most Detroit companies of any note I would guess, rather large market just over the border
  20. Don't think James Bell are boots, re-issues that James Bell himself pressed I think?
  21. I've seen it sold for aroun £150 in recent times, a few times as well.

  23. I would have thought that many Canadian releases were pressed in their thousands, especially the Detroit ones with it not being too far away, and therefore not so rare?
  24. it's the re-issue isn't it?
  25. Have seen many more Golden Triangle copys. The Cameo Parkway distributed one is the hardest and seen far fewer of these.
