  1. The venue used for Lifeline's all-nighter is already a no smoking venue. Didn't hear many complaints myself about folk having to go outside.
  2. he did some stuff on Tri-City, which was red label.
  3. I would have thought it was a bit more than £30/£40 these days. A mate of mine was looking for quite some time till he found one.
  4. How about a Yate cd?
  5. I thought it came from Rob Thomas?????
  6. Sandy Golden a memebr of the Soultown Sweets isn't she. The flip shares the same backing as Sandy's flip on Masterpiece.....I think
  7. It was $1050 if I remember rightl;y, wasn't listed under soul/r&b either if I again remember rightly. Most did miss it, including many regular e-bay anoraks, as like I said the number of watchers only just scraped into double figures, again if I remember rightly
  8. Yes all that running up and down stairs the smokers will be too f*cked for a dance, you'll need oxygen at the top of the stairs I for one can't wait for the ban. I won't have to breathe in the sh*t the smokers chuck out and go home smelling like an ashtray
  9. The batch was a rather large batch was it not??? Bud Harper is a regular on lists, e-bay and in sales boxes. I've seen three copies the last two weeks and I've hardly had to look. I can think of £50 records that are far harder to find than Bud Harper.
  10. Its Give the man a break by Gene Faith on the re-issue of DOS.
  11. awesome double sider!!!!
  12. I know he has, if I remember rightly I think there was something like 15 views of the record while up for auction, and I looked twice
  13. There was a rumour not so long ago that a box full turned up
  14. Richard Searling as far as I know has the only other known copy of Sandy Golden. He got it off Rob Marriott whi intiurn got it off Ion.
  15. I heard at least two in the UK.
  16. Bud Ahrper been on two lists recently for £200, same in a box at a venue. Personally with all the copies about it should be no more than £50
  17. As far as I know Butch the first to spin this. It's not Ann Robinson either.... Here's something Andy Rix wrote few years back....
  18. Hammered? Maybe by the same couple of DJ's. Like Ady says never around in quantity and still probably ten or less known copies.
  19. But Tim is a collector of black soul music, he doesn't sell from his collection.
  20. if your so confident he will have a price drop him a line.
  21. I could probably safely say Tim doesn't have a price. He has no interest in selling anything from his collection.
