  1. Soul Harmony Singles has the Pentagon Honey & The Bees as the same group who recorded for Academy, Arctic, Josie etc. R&B indies has the release dated 1959.
  2. wouldn't know what it would fetch to be honest Only one copy ever come up for sale in the past. But there are records bought and sold for 3 or 4k that are no where near as rare or as good.
  3. 3 copies, Butch, Kitch and Kenny Burrell. I reckon this would fetch a nice 5 figure sum.
  4. Milton Bennett - Whats One More Lie Hesitations - Go Away
  5. I've had both in the past but I can't remember if same or different takes
  6. The boot waas done a few years ago if memory serves me correctly. depends if they had the legal rights to release the tracks, if not then they are boots.
  7. The Four Temples was the name of the group before they became the Ringleaders apparently. It was on the masters that Tim Brown got were the name The Four Temples came from. Cheesy...never, top class Northern Soul!!!
  8. There's an Ammbassadors lp/cd kicking about too.
  9. sent it to you via PM.
  10. I can't, everytime I click new media says off line back soon........
  11. PM'ed you pal!
  12. cheers pal. was watching the record, wasn't sure of an up to date price but didn't quite expect it to go for that price. PS. I got the Locations Mister Diamond Man from that link sorted now with the link from ebay but has anyone got a full mp3?
  13. yes good record (IMO) had spins in the past from I think if memory serves me correctly Dave Thorley. Anyone got an MP3?
  14. other side just as good as well Paul
  15. Show and Tell good but Who Could Be Loving You takes some beating IMHO. Rob Thomas had the acetate of the Snake, that had extra verse(s) in if I remember rightly. Gotta agree with other comments, might be a bit cheesy as some would say, yoof club shite, sick of hearing etc etc but The Snake ain't dross. Theres far worse out there!
  16. I've seen a vg++++++ more than a few times on here in the past.
  17. I've always know it as being by her but often wondered though if it really is NJ and seeing you post made me wonder some more Not a bad pod cast btw
  18. Jobete had a NY office which is where Sidney Barnes (co writer along with George Kerr) first came in to contact with Motown.
  19. Yes Its from a Jobete acetate. Is it definately Norma Jenkins as the acetate has no artist credits?
  20. Deffo at Shotts but didn't someone like Guy play this couple or so years before? Could be my memory playing tricks on me again Often heard this one and La La La I Love You in the 80's.
  21. Great track this one
  22. not even letting me upload now????
  23. well thats twice I've uploaded the Parisians but only 7 seconds getting uploaded...it's 2min 34 seconds long this end can someone delete them, i'll have a go once more with another mp3.
  24. oops summat went wrong there, can one of the mods delete that Twinkle
  25. The Parisians on my PC sounds like a slightly speeded up version of the Traditions Other than that I'd say they are the same. Anyone got a full sound file of the Traditions?
