  1. around £100 one on Jemm at $230.
  2. I agree with you JT....think kids should be encouraged on here and sites like it. At a venue thats a different matter, like you say still too much goes on you wouldn't want kids near. If they really do love the music then thbey will be there when they are old enough. But in respopnse to the original question there will never be enough young 'uns to keep this scene as a dance scene alive. As a collecting scene that will probably always be there.
  3. Very rare, owt up to a four figure sum I would guess.
  4. Works here on IE 7 and Firefox. Think you have to makle sure you have latest flash version installed.
  5. I remember turning one down for a ton The Blue Jays, didn't Rob Smith have a large quantity on this? sold 'em for a quid a piece????

  11. I agree each to their own but on hearing these two versions it still amazes me why some go for Don's version
  12. Well I agree with you Rod, middle of the road motown pop.
  13. well it certainly ain't the "disco" Paul
  14. Anyone got an mp3 of Laso please? I did have the Dr Buzzard lp...but on looking in cupboard not there....f*ck knows what happened to that one Is it worth reading through the 3 pages to catch up or as it gone done the path topics usually go
  15. I'd probably want that for it these days, like you say tougher than you think. Was watching this myself
  16. think you need you lug 'oles washing out Keith Don Hysong sounds like a pissed up karaoke singer compared to the oh so soulful Eddy Hughes (IMHO of course)
  17. as already said if bid accepted then the record should be sold...why put a list up and say you might not even sell them? either you are or you or you are not. If not sure then they shouldn't be offered on here.
  18. Cheers. Just checked my Revis one too!
  19. that would make it march/april '61 then any chance of a scan of both sides (without sleeve?) Ady to add to the article I've done?
  20. I'll check my notes John but Kell said that the Rayco one issued as Ozzie was done without his knowledge by Billy Revis whilst Kell was serving in forces (drafted in or around '63). If you get a copy of the Cenco or the Rayco one give me a shout
  21. crazy!! if they had asked on SS they would have propbably got one for less than half that price
  22. sent...check your PM's.
  23. forgot to add as far as I'm aware Cenco was the first in '62, Revis a year later and then again in '65 as Ozzie Osborne on Rayco.
  24. Maybe issued as Little Darlin'? Lonely Is The Night (great slowie innit) issued on another label too, all down to Billy Revis. Fair few of Kell's output issued under different name (Ozzie), different labels or different title. If you find one I'll take it!!
