  1. Sorry for any misunderstanding pal. Tho' I think some would sooner spend £1k on one record than a 100 at a tenner As for looking too many either impatient, idle or just aren't bothered.
  2. It's happened many a time over the years and will no doubt happen in the future.
  3. There's nowt wrong with £50 to £100 records? There's more better records in that price range than some of the £1000 plus records some of the so called top dj's play. It takes more imagination to DJ on a limited budget than to throw money at it and I for one would sooner hear a DJ who uses his (or her) imagination and not just his wallet/cheque book.
  4. Hi mate, I'm good, pots off the arm tho' very little movement in the arm, other than that great, hope your the same. All I've managed to find on t'internet is the MCA 12" so far, it's the one you've got that I want. Hope to see you soon.
  5. Sugar Dumpling was a hit for Sam in '65, the year after he died.

  7. know what you mean but thought one of the links might lead you to some
  8. not sure if this will help with what you want but I asked about polythene sleeves a while back and was given several links for sleeve sales. Look HERE
  9. is that the soul city mix Steve?
  10. it'll be Andy Dyson who spun it Ezzie. rarity probably that has stopped it being heard. I only knew of couple of copies till the few recently.....there could have been others of course but never heard it out before Andy really.
  11. Not the same copy Phil. Andy playing it long before Tim auctioned it.
  12. I only knew of two copies before the 2 or 3 on ebay, one on Tim's auctiuon and another a mate bought recently. Not heard Butch spin it, mind you not been out for a good few weeks until Cleethorpes
  13. dunno whats on the Kent cds, they are packed away at minute...or the Goldmine one for that matter.
  14. couldn't remember how bad it was, just that it was bad. Looked on t'ebay for a past link but couldn't find one.
  15. anyone got soundfiles fo the diferent takes of Les Shansonettes and Shirley Edwards?
  16. could be, the one before was f*cked too if I remember rightly. Very rare record.
  17. it's good but not great. There's other records I'd spend my grand on before this one.
  18. Andy Dyson spin. "Your Love" sounds fantastic played LOUD in a venue.
  19. maybe Jimmy Ricks - Oh What A Feeling
  20. cheers guys
  21. Chanel - My Life Terry Ronald - What The Child Needs whats the price of these two and just remind me of the labels TIA
  22. There's a Valiants listed too HERE
  23. Yes but just going for some tea so will sort it bit later for you. The copy I saw was red.
  24. I wasn't referring to yours or anyone else's message just the fact some do not like ebay auctions being discussed....at least that is until they have the record in their hands if they are bidding etc. I agree with what you said, said as much myself and I also agree with what Mike said.
  25. I know there are some on here who don't like e-bay sales discussed and things like this don't help, that is if the seller has seen the topic and realised what he was selling of course.
