This is the old confusion between price and value. If the price is a good deal less than the value then a record is cheap A 20 quid record costs less than a 50 quid record but it doesn't follow that it is cheaper.

I had a mint one on my site for ages for 175, eventually sold it for 165. A mint one went through ebay UK last week (or so) for 160. So I reckon 150 to 200 for a minter, I know it isn't very rare but it is always in demand. There are quite a few go through ebay US but they are nearly always battered, strange thing is that they nearly always get bid up well over 100 quid Just my opinion Cheers Paul

The really annoying thing is that cheap records always turn up its only the expensive ones that don't. This tracked only in the country of origin service is pretty useless IMHO and open to abuse. What if there is a dishonest person in UK Parcelforce (surely not! ) who looks out for USPS registered post record shaped parcels and pockets them before entering the tracking number on Parcelforce's system? If you checked the tracking it would show they had left the states but not arrived in the UK. Maybe we should pool our information and report this to the police, although whether they will be bothered is another question. Cheers Paul (Still no Troy Dodds)

He does seem to have flooded ebay with a lot of err ambitiously priced NS recently, all buy it now but most look expensive even at $2 to the £. He must have a cheap listing arrangement through being such a big seller, otherwise it would cost a fortune to list all those at BIN prices. I wonder if they are selling?

I've sold two of these (demo) fairly recently for 40 if my memory serves, if I got another I'd list it at 50. Kept my WAM copy which I think is about 80 - 100.

I fully sympathise with this, I've been waiting for a copy of Troy Dodds since 25th January sent using USPS registered mail. I have a tracking number, Royal mail said it would be delivered by Parcel Force but their system tells them that it hasn't arrived in this country. I've reluctantly started a paypal dispute and the seller has started a claim with USPS. We'll both get our money back but I'd rather have the record Hopefully it has found its way into their joke mail which is normally referred to as surface mail, evidently this can take up to 10 weeks. I don't understand how in this day and age parcels can go missing like this or take so long. I have a mental picture of some guy in a USPS uniform (steady!) swimming the atlantic with a brown cardboard package in his teeth. Another one with his head done in.

I see paypal charges as "cost of sales" and so don't charge for people paying by paypal I will knock a bit off if someone sends me a cheque, but paypal is actually more convenient to be honest. Every shop, pub, website etc incurs charges for having the convenience of taking payment by credit card, you don't get charged extra for using your card but you may get a discount if you pay by cash.
