  2. I remember me & Smudge put a request in to John Manship for seven or eight C90 sales tapes in about 1987. This was the only real way were going to get to listen to these tracks over and over in our own time. They were things like Tony Galla, John Bowie, Gene Toones, Doug Banks and also Ty Karim - You Really Made It Good to Me. This last track was most definitely one of the must have biggies on the list. Loved it then and have done ever since. Fantastic track! Ty would have only been gone about four years or so when we first got to hear her music. Rest in peace Ty Karim.
  3. No worries if you get a sec go to download.com and type in 'freecorder' that is the easiest way of making mp3's. As for the other side, I played years of tears at the 100 Club, couple of years back but think ILYA would have gone down better... I'm the other way round now in that I bought it for Y.O.T, but now prefer the other side..
  4. I've got this, but let me chuck you in the media section first..
  5. Sounds good Jayne!
  6. Wow, wouldn't mind GT.. I've got Don Fardon - I'm Alive .. 60's psyche thing..
  7. Is it me or were this afternoon's plays 90% the same as yesterdays?
  8. Steve Brookstein not been mentioned yet? 'Wrong side of town' Levine's finest hour thus far?
  9. MP3 want posts in Media section please.
  10. Moving to Media.
  11. Don't know if he's still got it, but member gorgeous george had a Pyramid in Sales a couple of weeks back with slight water damage to the label I think. /index.p...mp;#entry694289

Big old debate in AATS Jan 25th - the dukester /index.php?showtopic=64928 It's not bad I spose, easy on the ear etc. However like Trevski said I think it's just a trendy fad that will be gone in no time. How come no female dancers I wonder?
  15. Better man than me.
  16. A Fiver! That's not even Asda price.
  17. Closed one of these in Wants. Thought 'All About' might work better?
  18. See this in box section also. Maybe All About The Soul best?
  19. Done. Nice one Wayne.
  20. Got myself in a terrible two and eight just before Christmas. Paid for a Tom Jones LP Ebay, 22 Nov, Pay Pal. Got it mid Jan. Turned out to be sh*t communicator - nothing more. But all the mutually withdrawn neg feedback agg, could have done without. Lesson learned. Be patient.
  21. Shame. As this was a Soul Source member sales section transaction, would be interested to know member's id. If you'd care to pm me info, see what I can do.
  22. Any from the seller?
  23. 40/50 quid ...
