    Been some good threads on this subject down the years Jon, worth having a little search. Was as a result of one of these threads I had my best ever record haul, involving the original producer and ten, no make that eleven mint unplayed copies!

    So? Pete, you could not have seen the film in it's entirety, written the above and still be 'dead on balls' accurate. If you'd written a credible play as well, even more so!

    No you're being too harsh there. They've heard stuff way back about this film, the plot, they've seen trailers, mates who have danced as extras.. Based on the information available they were entitled to express their views. Nothing pathetic about that. If this film ever reaches a cinema anywhere remotely near me, I would be very interested to see it.

    There were some interesting points made about this record in the recent Look at your Box thread. Sam played this last night and we were having a rare old step about. Vocally I thought Margaret sounded a bit white, would you know anymore on that Andy?

    Agreed. Maybe make a ruling - edits only once you start a sales thread. Obviously people can ask questions etc and that'll bump it, but shameless & pointless bumps should be punishable by thread removal.

    If it ain't broke ... Doesn't really matter too much about sales threads dropping. If I posted 'Arthur Willis'... Hits would be through the roof. Meaning desirable records sell quicker than stodge and don't moan that uninteresting sales threads drop with few views..

    Memory fine, just didn't see them. Don't believe they're a tenner at record fairs. Between you and me it's a crap quality record and not worth much more than you mention. However you can't deny they go for silly money - the proof is there!
