Hi Rob, Good to see you on Soul Source. That's a shocker and not the act of a friend :angry: When you say 'beat you up' how severe was this, light scuffle, heavy blows? Were you badly hurt? Unacceptable this, last time I witnessed such unpleasantness was at the Plinston, but that was a couple of non soul fans that wouldn't leave the floor with their drinks. I got postcards from'Robin Hood Country'. The titles of the tapes he's done for me over the year's are first class 'Northern Nightlife' and 'That Was The Beat That Was' amongst a few. There is no way this guy looks his age, can't believe he is nearly 50 He is one of the nicest blokes I know and one of my best friends on the scene. GC - "Lick my finger"
