I remember you posting that 50's esq pic before. Reminded me of Nicola Something or other. Had exactly same look. Known simply as 'Fifties' until early ninetees when she went all contemporary and had the boots etc. She then became known as 'Ninetees'. TWENTY THREE YEARS LATER ...

I agree with most of what you say Bazza. Dancing based on expression and timing of the beat, maketh a good dancer overall ioo eh? Acrobatics are a part of NS though and they do look good. Old Keb can dance as well as do the flips and twist etc. (See clip below.) Fact is we can't do the old flips & twists shite, so go and shuffle over there ..

Four Tops were fantastic no doubt. Badly after an mp3 of 'Is there anthing that I can do'. They were due to fly on the ill-faited Pan Am Lockerbie flight, but fortunately missed it. However the Temptations in their prime, were imo untouchable .. One for the fence sitters;

Have to agree with Dante 100%. For me the Temps original lineup were the best male soul group fullstop. Had the whole package. Lineup-wise in that clip, I'd go for the Tops tho ...
