Have heard Larry Trider played at the 100 Club within the last couple (maybe 3) years. I danced to it. Don't think Dean Barlow is a bad as everyone makes out, though neither that soulful, so some of the comments understandable I guess.

Stupid to pay $198 for a reissue when you can get a real one for the same sort of money. Don't think you need to be up yer own jacksy to see that one mate. -
Remember these at Peterborough and other niters in the mid 80's. Just remember seeing folk tucked up in their sleeping bags at the end of ther hall and thinking, ooh er. Sort of spoilt the aesthetic if you will. Remember going to a nighter at the Kelsey Kerridge in Cambridge in about ooh 86', 87' and seeing none other than Danny Everard tucked up!

Good thread. I hear this music, I wanna dance. To not be able to dance to it? Way to inhibitive, at this stage anyway. Got to be scene. S#it I'm only forty, I'll sit at home with a stacka' vinyl when Im old and can't dance no more. Shake it till you can't no more!
