  1. He had a similar problem at a niter in Rotherham back around 82/3. Got a flat tyre as I recall and got the bouncers to change it for him so he could go home. That was in his blue Vauxhall Chevette period. Can't see todays doormen being quite so obliging…..
  2. Exactly the same as me. got it from John A at the same time as you I reckon early 90s. It was £30. Originally played the other side "Silly kind of love" which Tim Brown then reviewed in Manifesto. Think Butch was probably first with playing Lost in the crowd, and we all followed suit. I still have my copy - should I re-activate? I mean it's not still being played out is it?
  3. Never went but they were legendary venues in their day…keeping the flag flying.
  4. I can't find the negativity on there Byrney - shame because I wanted to rip some limbs off their suckers this afternoon… .
  5. Ya gotta be joking man. "In orbit" was popular enough that by 1972 that it was included on a UK Chess compilation album at the time. this has always been a popular cheap oldie since when God was a boy.
  6. I'd be amazed if there was anyone on here who didn't have records co-written by her…..

  10. I remember talking to him at the RT review. He was very quiet and shy, don't think he had performed live in front of a crowd for many years, if at all ever.
  11. Its all done, but my publisher has disappeared disappointingly and I think may have gone out of business….….so am probably going to self publish now. It's all done 500 pages A4 two column with pics and label scans etc…Just need to do a final proof read and the index….Cheers Steve
