It's on the move now - over 2g already....

Wants
Would have thought the Marshall Donovan would be about £125 - perhaps I am very old fashioned - I know it's getting plays again by a few of us, but even so "hundreds" sounds a bit steep

Who Were These Guys
In the case of Benzine, a poor pop group who couldn't sing and made a quite dreadful record for Parkway, before quite rightly fading away

Great 80's Unknown Uptempo Monster
Isn't this quite well known - I thought it was?

Have You Got Real Soul In Ya Bones
Fantastic Record - the vocal's even better :graywanker: I jest - who polluted this site with Holly St James and Goldsboro'?

Against - ever since I got caught nicking one from "The Nelson Arms" in Tonbridge in the late 70's

Thanks Jordi - as I suspected - I always found Tim's comments on this rather "odd".- John & The Weirdest
Amazing and the old adage about a fool and his money soon being parted comes to mind. Despte the fact there are people daft or ignorant enough to buy these things doesn't in itself justify the "herberts" that try to pass them off as originals though - and the "biz" with the last seller and his attitude when told about it was simply appalling. In all of this he's the real villain - Those that aren't "hot" on this topic, and cannot distinguish their "Monarch numbers", or their "Nashville Matrix" should be armed with a copy of the Manship book as a matter of course. To do otherwise is a bit like trying to climb a mountain in a pair of "flip flops" I'd suggest .- Paint Your Self In A Corner
JOT that artwork - looks like the folks that did the TV series Magpie- Anyone Remember This Instrumntal
Third post in a row on this thread, but wasn't it "covered" as Joe Arnold? I.e same guy as did "More today than yesterday" instrumental on Cotillion. If Russ wants to come on here he's got to do a lot better than "Can't remember".- Anyone Remember This Instrumntal
YES I do remember it since you ask. Part of RW's spot, it kind of got played as a "filler", nice dance fodder at the time, but no one remembers who it was- the surest sign of a forgettable tune? But it was quite good as I recall.- Micky Moonshine ?
I have yet to see conclusive proof of this. TB said so, but he often makes mistakes - pic anyone? chinstrokersmilie- Anyone Remember This Instrumntal
BTW is Russ still in the "Holding pen" - I thought he'd applied to join twice?- Dee Edwards - I Can Deal With That - De-to
Deja Vu - spooky or what? - there's two versions on Deto I am sure of it.- Michael Smith
Yes got one at home, if no one else replies will try and dig it out - on Pharoah records or something - a gold label, but that's just a distant memory chip/- Dee Edwards - I Can Deal With That - De-to
For the first issue, not the 2nd- Northern Nights In The Home Counties
Dave I couldn't bear to watch "Clowntown Pathetic" holding us to a drab 0-0 draw and then celebrating our relegation. The footie season ended as far as I am concerned with Southampton's injury time equaliser last Saturday. I went home resigned to the fact that next year it would be Wolves, Leicester, Leeds, Sheff Utd, Scumwall- Sharon Mcmann-on Manships
Seems to be mixed race.- Pierre Hunt Tune - Help?
T'was a cover up Grant.- Northern Nights In The Home Counties
You wait til we get onto our trip to "Clifton Hall" in Randy's van - now that was an adventure....- Northern Nights In The Home Counties
And so you did - completely forgotten that I do remember a tortuous train journey back via Sailsbury and Andover because of "engineering works" and wondering will we ever get back to London town.....- Sharon Mcmann-on Manships
Isn't this the "white girlie" who morphed into no less a soul singer than Lonette McKee at a later stage in her career? Or am I getting confused again? - Micky Moonshine ?
