The real risk is fire.
Followed by water damage if you live in a flood zone.
Followed by treading on them - my problem - just snapped a R Tyler & G Davis).....before that cracked a TNJs on Chess - inadequate storage....
Think your third word is superfluous here.
Have never liked this and to me a case of rarity over quality.
Never understood why Tim B persevered with it for so long.
Hey don't give up Jocko. There is a bit of a revival in uptempo stormers at the moment, but no way is this not a dancer. It's a good record, and also significant as it's Tommy Tate. We don't all just want endless stomperoonies - you are not alone.
Mainly gospelly housey stuff Simon,oh and cheeeeeeeeeesy 70s overplays (Vivian Reed, Delegation etc).
In fairness the 1 DJ who did stand out trying to play something different / interesting there was Herr Levine.
The Rocket Modern Room? It was awful, not a good dancefloor, drab sounds on the whole. Poor is the word that comes to mind..and I went to pretty much all of them there. Sorry but I am not having history re-written so soon after the event.
Absolutely.....it's just unrealistic to expect all the diverse interests to agree on the day of the week it is let alone anything else. Too many ego's - a recurring theme.
You did see straight Stevie boy - we were having quite a sensible conversation at one point. You were going "Eagles eagles" and I was going "You'll make Derby County look good"
Yeah and they can be oldies too.....
More hot box items Joseph Webster, Corey Blake, Lee Fields, Detroit Soul "All of my life", Holly St James, Del Larks, Mel Britt, Salvadores....the list is endless
