  5. Twilight records was started by Peter H Wright in Chicago early 1967. Twilight became Twinight after about 5 releases, coz the name "twinight" was already owned by Hush records in California. Steve

  9. Agree with this.. mate ov mine played this in a spot and it sounded ace!. Although I voted for "Haunted House" in poll, I could pick so many from his list of outstanding tunes, someone mentioned flip side "Im Travelling On" been spinning this a bit lately and love it.. another side I love is his flip of "Ive Learned about life" the stunningly soulful "Nobody But you" (guaranteed to get me back in good books wid the lass after an argument) Steve
  10. I only use John's book as reference it's great for label numbers and flip sides when net trawling ... as for Pete!.... I think apart from John Powney he is the best and most honest pricer of records around! And his grading is impecable err! impeckable I mean inpeccable ...bollox! I mean "dam bloody good" steve

  12. Its Deffo Diana on lead IMO Brett... which like nearly all Supremes is a pity IMHO. Chalky's right bout release date! flip ov "He's Seventeen" M-1027 (its got a delta No. ov 43344 so that fits). Only disc I kno with Flo on lead is their ace version ov "Buttered Popcorn". Talkin bout Flo! cant stop playin her ABC outing "Love Aint Love" at the mo.... Steve
