Loved that track for many years Rich, was the first to get me into JB's more soulful side that he showed in the 70's, When I posted that to Youtube UMG evntually put a "copywright" on it, but still alows it to be played, as you can see. Thing is the flip (JB and Lyn's great duet of the Burt Bacharach "This Guy This Girls In Love") UMG "copywrited" it but won't alow it to be played at all? and UMG with some of the other JB's I posted block 'em only in Germany? Strange world of Youtube! steve

  8. Got this "accidently released" gem of a track on the flip of "My Heart Cries For You" how I wished Musicor had meant to issue it! Would have loved to see the writing credits, it's gotta be Teddy Randazzo hasn't it? steve
  9. think the "Special Rush Reservice" was Columbia's way of re pushing a failed demo with the radio stations kind of second bite at the cherry for a disc that they hoped would do better?? Cracking track that Tymes record btw... how I wish they had put their version of "Way Of The Crowd" (off the same Lp) on the flip... now what a cracking double sider that would have been! imho steve

  25. always been a fan of Lenny Welch, lovely track, He's also got another great mercury 45 "Wait Awhile Longer" which always seems to slip under the radar? (got a great ballad flip too with "Darling Stay With Me") With credits like Carl Davis, Gerald Sims and Riley Hampton. it has to be ok! will maybe post it up later in week steve
