  2. Got to the right page but the listen now link isn't working for me but that could be something to do with our work firewalls etc. Used to be able to play the old ones. QoFxx

Certainly not having any DISCO at my birthday party (apart from the few Hammie will insist on playing but its his kit and soul night so can't really stop him) but the Black Squirrel is more than welcome to come along for a glass of "summat" infact I would be very dissapointed if he didn't QoFxx
  7. No vodka, a nice chilled bottle of pinot Got to keep myself awake for another couple of hours got my eye on a 99p bargain on evil bay QoFxx

Unfortunately both are now over and done with But been doing some sums and realising that I may have to resort to tesco value vodka for a few months, will be in the market for this record early december so keep your eyes peeled chaps If not there is always the big 50 next AUgust and Septmeber (having two months next year instead of two weeks, it would be so rude to dissapoint my public) QoFxx
  9. Puritanical.................obviously not read my "look at your box thread" and then obviously does just the opposite and don't forget the bollox we talk as well Not sure if I was happier being a cockroach Congtratulations QoFxx

On a more serious note Was it ever re-issued, as it's only for me to play at home. I'll get my coat before the soul police catch me for daring to say that in public QoFxx

  18. Like Helen I am just an ordinary punter, and although I have a very small collection of vinyl which I do play at home, I think because I live on my own the social side is key to me...........it's the sharing something special with other like minded people can be something quite emotional at times. Was given "Heey Baby Days Of beach Music" for my birthday by my family and it really is an awsome thing to own and browse through and a good read, a little heavy to curl up on the sofa with though QoFxx
  20. I am afriad that if it is the more expensive version it will be well out my league. If I was selling a record that was possible going to reach the £150 point I certainly wouldn't list the starting price as 99p just incase. QoFxx
  21. Have done. Will wait and see his reply. I don't want this to be seen as a thread slagging off this seller so I am going to remove the link from my original thread, but I am just curious to why. QoFxx
  22. Sad to see this Pete, is there no other option i.e. sell a kidney or a lung or summut SOme great stuff in there, but sadly not in a position to buy much at the moment.............and don't think that I would get anything for my lungs or kidneys after the abuse I have given them. QoFxx
  23. I agree, but he has the majority of his records listed with postage at £2. This is really what I am trying to get at. Why £2 for some and £4.75 for others with no option of choosing normal postage. QoFxx
  24. There is no cheaper option on this item. But I may of made a total prat of myself as I have just looked again and it may be the more expensive version that is up for grabs which manship has listed at £200, but would he of listed it at 99p if it was?. and if that was the case shouldn't you have an option to pay the extra, which of course you would on a record you will of probably paid £150 for. But the point of this thread is not really about this seller in particular just how some postage costs sometimes put me off bidding on some cheaper records. For example, I once paid £3.25 for postage on a £10 record and it was sent normal mail, my own fault as I forgot to check postage costs before I bid on it. QoFxx
  25. I realise that Mark, and I would be more than happy pay the extra for anything over the £30 point, it would be nice to have the option to request insurance on a cheapie or pay his normal postage cost of £2. If the record makes £10 it puts the price up by almost 50%. QoFxx
