hi gang,just bored and curious and wondering what tunes do you really like but there is a part in the song musically or lyricaly that just kills it for you,two that spring to mind for me are: the rays-love another girl-mala. the vocals at one point in this go terribly out of tune,i actually cringe waiting for it,shame cos its a belter. tootsie rollers-give me love-me-o. fantastic northern soul,got everything i like in a dancer,BUT that hideous guitar solo in the middle that wont end,the guitarist in that band didnt know when to give up,should of sacked him and got a couple of trumpet players! thats me for now,just thinkin of more!

i sold a limitations on volt on here not long ago,i reckon its as rare as the paul thompson,or charlene,but no doubt that will turn up by the ship load,im always wearie about issues on major labels fetching big money, sods law you bust a high price o a 45 then law and behold boxes turn up......but then again im daft enough!

i was a regular there,if i remember right,one of the nighters was on live on signal radio with dave evison? could be wrong,was many moons ago! anyway i loved it there,great record bar,great dancefloor,stormin northern soul all the way through!

ive had 2 mint copys of this in 12 months,its not a rare record even though its italian only release,£200 tops for it!

i always thought the detroit prophets is a 80's bootleg,the originals speeded up to sound like a female version,which to be honest was the first version id heard and still prefer.
