  1. Your gonna struggle getting it then is it on a cd or sumet? I seem to recall a shrine lp from the 80’s with this song on it,cos I think that’s how I know the tune.
  2. Isn’t this an unreleased shrine tune? I could be getting mixed up?
  3. “Shitloads” is the term ste
  4. Same here,my pond hasn’t attracted anything, and the 3 butterflie trees I have still have full cones on,normally well and truelly sucked dry by now from butterflies and bees! Small birds are less too,and feeding less frequent weird!!!
  5. Wasn’t aware of this version,I have to say it’s pretty poor, also it sounds like karaoke,I appreciate it nice to see these things appear, but that’s remained acetate only for a reason
  6. Also wouldn’t the emeralds play side be “catch me I’m falling” ? Rather than “beware” Marc? lee
  7. Everything you’ve heard of,and everything you haven’t
  8. Got to be 1200 quid for a m- copy, don’t think the variations affect the value!
  9. There is a similarity Peter, but I don’t think they are the same song? either way it’s gerri shivers for me,prefer the overall singing and sound (and it’s much rarer)
  10. I’m sure it will back on next month,I don’t think anyone wins any off there, carousel of the same records!
  11. Use the golden oldie term when selling boots “second issue”
  12. 45 no longer available thanks for the interest lee

  19. I must admit both sides of the softiques sounds like it’s early stage demo form, not mixed to well and very sparse for any market, literally one guitar and a bass line, the drums are way back in the mix,if there at all? But this is the beauty of it for me! the condors is a bit more well produced, and maybe why it got a release on limelight as it sounds on the Sheldon demo?
  20. I’ve only seen an actual vinyl copy of condors once! It a was demo “not for sale”
  21. I agree “two kinds of boys” is a superb piece of bare bones mid tempo magic, the backing singing is especially nice! A shockingly rare disc as with the condors on Sheldon too! Interestingly I wonder how many know that the condors was released on limelight as jeannie & the gentlemen, same 2 sides with”meet me halfway” being again mid tempo magic, with a superb trumpet break!
  22. also to add the Gallahads (this group in question we’re a black soul group) the galahads were a white rock&roll group so they probably had to withdraw the 45 for that reason, which will make it a very rare item!
  23. Very nice item indeed,my theory is that they pressed a few issue/stock copies and withdrew it due to the spelling of the group name being incorrect? on the white demo it spells THE GALLAHADS on this copy it spells THE GALAHADS food for thought lee
  24. I’m sure if it’s a USA white or black abc copy then it’s original, doesn’t seem much sense in booting this now or even in the 70’s plus there is a legit uk reissue from the 70’s with a small hole
