  1. Petty much the same for me, had internal exam, blood tests, biopsy, bladder operation then Brachytherapy (radioactive seeds implanted in Prostate), lucky to catch it early and all good now. Pissed me off I must say that there wasn't any structured and periodical testing in place for men over a certain age. I actually went to the Docs for upper leg pain and he randomly did the physical test. So anyone reading this try to get it examined.
  2. Cheers Dobber, appreciate that

  9. Hi, Loved tapes/taping and related playing machines. Hated CD’s, still irritates me that that format was foisted upon us. Can someone tell me though what is the draw of the current tape trend? Not sure if I get it TBH. Just curious. Cheers ATB S
  10. Hi Rick, I assume you've done a search on Ebay........ Cheers S
  11. The middle pic is amazing, the water/lake looks surreal
  12. Hi Peter, I wondered where you went. Must have been very difficult so respect for getting yourself to this point and also being brave enough to share what you have been through these last 18 months. It is much more common than people realise, particularly in these times, a lot of people keep the early signs to themselves, although I do believe it is getting less and less a taboo subject. If you are able, would you be able to say how your mental heath escalated to the point in which you described? Anyway, as I said, respect for getting this far and best wishes going forward. Steve
  13. "Normal" Cook fairly apt though in this case.
  14. LOL, only a scrape, not even worth going A&E for. Pull it out and carry on.
  15. Hi, I was at that show in Hull as well, was it the ABC theatre?
  16. LOL, probably now chosen a less complicated subject for the dissertation, quantum physics or something.
  17. Go on then, spill the beans......
  18. Oh OK thanks. No that interesting (but related) but I was only talking with a work colleague yesterday who says he turned up at some the B&S building (maybe the head office) and asked if they had any back issues and he was shown a stack load so he said thanks and took then home. PS Where is that building or are you waiting for some other to recognise. All the best Steve
  19. Hi, Is this Praed St, Paddington? Cheers Steve
  20. Just done a google search, very rare apparently, not many sightings even reported. Lucky to see and photograph that. Nice one.
  21. I better post a "great" photo just so I don't feel guilty about going off topic.
  22. Good to know, thanks Steve, think I'll get some myself.
  23. Finally!
