Yes I think you're right, when I was on the hunt for this 45 I have read on the net that the orange label was the very first press, the yellow and the striped ones would be slightly later pressings.

So... my copy has two turns in the run out groove on side A and three on side B. On both sides the matrix stamp (GSF.S.1011A/B) is positioned in the first turn. Hope this helps!
