May be a long shot but with Xmas on the way I thought I'd see if there was any interest in some gifts for those who like the odd glass! Over the past 10 years I have managed to accumulate lots of alcohol through my work and I am now trying to get rid of most of the remnants as I need to get the loft cleared and also because it is a serious fire hazard. I have about 25 bottles that I'd like to shift - they are predominantly various bourbons with a few Canadian ryes, a few Laphroiags and some special Ports (and 1 cognac) If anyone is interested please let me know and I'll send a list of what I have. The price will be well below the lowest price I can find on the web. The problem would be shipping - as far as I can see, I can only send a maximum of 2 bottles in the 1 parcel so there would be no postage discounts for more than 2 unfortunately. He is obviously a man of a few words lol - His feedback as a buyer is generally just the one word whether good or bad. His feedback as a seller looks highly suspicious to me - out of 98 feedbacks of items that he has "sold" 96 of them are from just 2 buyers and the actual feedback from these two "buyers" is just one or two words - he was maybe selling to himself to build up his feedback scores. I wouldn't trust this guy at all and I'd block him from my ebay sales if I didn't already limit my sales to UK only.

According to Amazon it is still Oct 21st - Price there is now £54.99 which is a bit steep.

Unfortunately I could only make the first 5 hours but what a fantastic and unforgettable experience it was. The venue itself is just perfect for this kind of event and the music played was outstanding as witnessed by the playlists above. (there are still some more to come?) - Well done and thank you to all the DJ's, you all played fantastic sets. If anyone wants to know what Soul Heaven is, it's "SWEET DEEP & SOULFUL" - roll on the next one! - I'll be very surprised if it is not an immediate sellout.

Can anyone throw any light on why there are two 909's and are they indeed the same group?

No you are not alone. I've always considered this to be a pretty average record - nice, but not one I'd ever want even if I could afford it lol.

This is currently sitting at £1750 on Tim Brown's auction with an hour to go. It seems extremely high to me (100+% above price you would expect?) Is it one of those that's flavour of the month? Am I right in thinking that on these auctions the bids don't go up in increments - so If I put a bid in now of £2000 and no ne else had a bid then I would get it at £2000 even though previous high bid was £1750?

Yes it's difficult to get a current price based on one sale 8/9 years ago given that prices nowadays have significant ups and downs over 8/9 months depending on what's in vogue. I would have thought that the price on this one would not have gone up too much as it could never be described as a floor filler.
