I'm sure people on here know this is Maggie Bell, and Alex Kerr. The writing credit looks very northern (Bell/Patterson/Kerr), I have a get picture of them from the sheet music of 'I'm Never Gonna Leave You', the a-side of I'll hold You'. I'll try and post it up at some point. TTM -

I just love Dee Dee Warwick, I bought a CD comp of her Mercury and Blue Rock sides, it got some great songs, I really enjoyed hearing for the first time the originals of Gotta Get A Hold Of Myself (The Zombies) and I'm Gonna Make You Love Me (The Supremes/Temptations). Also northern classics such as Worth Every Tear I Cry & Locked In Your Love. Brilliant version of Alfie and Ring Of Bright Water. I recently saw that ROBW the movie was to be broadcast and waited up late to hear Dee Dee sing the theme, only to be greeted with Val Doonican!! Maybe her version was used on the US release? TTM

That Junior Wells track goes for about £100 at the moment, it's easier to pick up on his 'It's My Life Baby' lp on Vanguard. You can pick this up for anything between £20-30. It has other good R&B dancers as well. TTM
