Here's an interesting one, recently a chap in Japan sold a Nat T Jones - Moving Forward / Goliath red issue in styrene, that he said was a 2nd issue, personally I had never heard of it being booted, but it seems to have been a bigish sound back in the late 7ts.. Anyone? cause it aint in any of the guides... Mal.C.

Dave Flynn always championed 'I Wouldn't Believe' and I'm told Derek P also spins it occasionally... I do like it, you cant really compare to the other two though as its a totally different type of track, if you know what I mean. M

Some years ago I had Jerry Williams - Run Run Roadrunner on Jamacian, only thing is it was on Calla, not Musicor, but had the Musicor cat numbers on it... since sold it on but an interesting one which relates to those 7ts boots you mention. Mal
  16. which clubs? I'd love to hear this out along with other records that I'm into but would never expect to hear a a venue.. Stuff like Paul Walters 521, Eunice Collins, Rhythm Machine Rodan, Turks DJO, Jay Griffin NOW, etc etc etc.. I would out of preference always attend the 100 club but on the few occasions I've gone anywhere else in the last 5 years I've simply accepted that I wont hear records I'd like to hear out, thats not saying I dont like oldies and all that, I do, but you know what I mean... I had that LP from an early age also, of a mates mum at school for £4... Not surprised you about Cry Cry Cry.. Dave Godin biged it up on the reverse if memory serves me well, what a track though...!! I was going to start a post on Bobby Bland sound alikes, I've got some nice tracks by people like Tony Boarders and Ernie Johnson who cut tracks obviously influenced by bobby's Dukes sides... could mix this with Bobby Bland releses from around the world... More Aussie to come, plus I have pulled out an 30 strong Aussie Soul Pack if anybody is interested? mostly VG+ / ++ good fillers for a collection.. Watch this space.. M
